The grout in the shower was thick with mould. It needs a really good scrub.

It was a nice quiet location away from the city and it was only a 15 minute drive to the Valley of Temples. It was a little difficult to find as our GPS kept directing us to somewhere else. However we eventually found it. The room was large and the bed comfortable. Our room was downstairs and quite dark. Please note there were a lot of stairs to the downstairs rooms. There were restaurants and a beach nearby. The property provided a very nice breakfast. My husband was pleased there were boiled eggs at breakfast.

The aircondition had a pipe leading to a basket which made dripping noises abd that could be a bit disturbing if you have shallow sleep.

It was very close to the beach, it was private with safe parking, the house had great charisma and wonderful pool area. The host Fausto is an amazing and humble man, always helpful and smiling. Thare are two cute dogs at the property. It’s a 10min drive to Agrigento and 2min to the beach. Recomend bar called Oceano Mare. Wonderful staff and food.

The host was lovely up until there was a misunderstanding regarding the lock on the front door. He became very aggressive and shouted very loudly at us. We had considered leaving but we had already paid for the week. He apologised for his outburst the next day, however my child and I still did not feel comfortable for the last couple of days. Please be aware the host’s dogs roam freely, which (although I like dogs) can be annoying with them begging for food whilst you are eating, stealing food left on table and waking us a couple of nights barking outside our doors. They also escaped a few times when we opened exit gates and then we had to coral them back in as it is a busy road. There is also NO cooking facilities, our bathroom door didn’t close and the toilet seat broke - which was reported but not fixed.

The pool is wonderful and not too busy - even in the middle of August and can also be used in the evening. Lovely grounds with hammocks and pool sleepers. The breakfast was also good and close to drive to wonderful beaches and great eateries.

Exelent and frendly owner. Delicious and hearty breakfast. Children are delighted with the pool, which can also be used in the dark. If possible, book several nights and enjoy the magic of the oasis. If there will be an opportunity, we will come back with pleasure.

in the description was that there is shared kitchen in the resort, but in reality it was not available!!! no possibility to cook and prepare own meals. if you do not like dogs, do not go there, dogs are present all the time, they were sitting in our terrace all the day😀 Very slow wifi, almost not working.

perfect location, nice&clean swimming pool open all day which is great!!!, beautiful garden, grill available, but no tools/kitchen equipment, no plates, no glasses…so you have to buy some plastic or bring your own, helpful and very friendly owner. tasty breakfast in the garden made by owner. there is shared laundry available

The property was about 15 minutes drive from the Valley of the Temples. It's really a B&B type setup with a friend host, pleasant breakfast and spacious accommodation and a pleasant pool area. We were the only guests. A few mosquitos at night and the pool needed a clean as there were bugs on the surface of the water, but perhaps in season the filter is turned on and it gets a clean then.

Beautiful quiet place with everything you need. Lovely dog was in villa. Delicious breakfast on the terrace with garden view. If I could I wish I would stay there longer. Really recommend this places to stay for your holidays, you won’t regret ☺️

We were there just as the season was starting so San Leone was quiet and places were only just opening, but there are a couple of restaurants in walking distance otherwise the main strip is a drive away. Small niggles, bed sheet too small and no duvet cover.

Beautiful gardens and lovely swimming pool. Though chilly for May still enjoyed a swim. Room and ensuite a good size and nice patio area. Host was charming. Breakfast on the terrace was excellent. Very good location for Valley of temples, exploring coast, finding remote beaches etc

Everything was perfect

Amazing swimming pool, breakfast, bedroom and very close to Agrigento. Really nice place to stay away from the noise and activity of the city.

Dated villa, thin walls, grounds not well maintained, marginal breakfast. Looked like they were pretty much closed for the season, ie. we were the last guests.

Quiet location within a short drive to the valley of the temples.

It was not good value for it’s price. We rang at the front, but no one opened the gate, the owner was not picking the phone and didn’t respond at all to our message in booking, so we were lucky that someone else opened the door for us. The house is not maintained well
