Unfortunately the bed was not very comfortable.

Staff/owners were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was more than enough! Very close to the centre of town, though still an uphill walk.

    All things were perfect.

They added new ones to our pleasant moments in Urbino with their friendly welcome, comfortable room and personalized breakfast option. A peaceful place located within walking distance of the city. We also liked the informative details about the city in our room, which was very clean and made us feel at home. Thank you so much for everything!🍀

Everything about Villa Paradiso was fantastic! We arrived well before check-in but still received a lovely friendly welcome from everyone we met. Sabina was incredibly helpful and allowed us to store our bags. The walk to the old city is quite steep, but very easy to follow (taking around 10 minutes). The room was large (with a bonus balcony area) and immaculately clean. We were given a wide choice of breakfast items and the quality was superb. Finally, when our bus didn't arrive due to a national festival, Michele arranged a taxi to complete our journey. THANK YOU to everbody at Villa Paradiso!

Not very good instructions as to how to get to the center of town. It's not a 5 minute walk away. It's best to take a bus at Bibio Croce to Park St Lucía. There is an elevator there that takes you ten floors up to the village gate.

Room and bathroom nice and clean. Across from bus LV stop (Bibio Croce) that comes from Pesaro to Urbino. Very nice breakfast. Helpful hosts

Unfortunately the beds were a bit hard for us so uncomfortable and the road is noisy and busy outside the property

The property was situated just a 10-15 min walk to the center of Urbino. The breakfast was amazing plenty of fruit ,yogurts, ham, cheese, pastries etc.

Our room was large, the bed so comfortable and the bathroom generous. Toiletries provided were lovely as was linen/towels. Been air conditioned was a luxury as well as an air filter for quality air. Parking was easy and a stroll up the road saw us within Urbino’s walls. Breakfast delicious and plentiful - liked the option of selecting breakfast online. Must make it easier for hosts to cater.

It is next to the main road with lots of heavy vehicles so not great for noise. Also, the walk to town is maybe slightly longer than 5 minutes as advertised.

Nice place, modern rooms, everything just up to a very good standard. The owners reached out to us the morning before our arrival with all info & instructions - felt really welcome. You can really get there with a car which is something rather complicated with other accommodations in Urbino.

My room Nr 4 was downstairs and it was so dark that I had to keep the light on in daytime. I don't like on-line check-ins but prefer to meet a real person on arrival.

The room was spacious, clean and had modern decor. It was quiet which allowed a good sleep.

A second, lower wattage light in the bathroom would be nice. We are in our early seventies, it took about 15 minutes to walk to the Duomo; also there is a short stretch, perhaps 30 meters, without a sidewalk.

It is clean and comfortable; the air conditioning worked very well; people were friendly and very hospitable; and the breakfast was excellent.

Not for a fault of the property, but we have found difficulties to reach the place by walk from Urbino city center due to the street reparation works in that period (probubly the host could let us notice on these works planned exactly during the period we stay in a stracture!). The same, due to the trafficated road just in front of the room, and late road works it was very noisy during the night. The place is situated close to the city center, but stays in a vally, and to get in a center one must climb very steapy streets- this fact is not well indicated in a description of the structure.

Very nice staff, comfortable room, good breakfast.

Location is perfect to access the old town, however very close to the main street. On the other side, there’s parking next to the property, what would not be possible in the old town..

Hosts are very nice and helpful (gave me some useful tips) and the breakfast is exceptional (great cappuccino, lots of other food, extra was offered).

Parking is available, but a bit tight due to the location. It is unclear how many cars can be accomodated, so best to arrive early. It's a short walk to the old town entrance, but the initial 200m or so lacks any footpath, so best to be wary of traffic , especially at night.

The owners were very well organised in terms of communicating access and check in. The breakfast was also at the superior scale of Italian B&B options.
