The host was very welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable and I had a good rest. There’s enough spots for parking, guarded by a bunch of cute cats. The classic Italian breakfast (cornetto + cafe) was tasty! I liked the location by the beach, but it was too windy to really relax at the beach.

There was no fridge in our room, but I was able to use the fridge in the small kitchen that is accessible in the breakfast area. So not a big deal.

The breakfast was very good and there is private parking behind the building. Owner is very friendly. We only stayed here for one night since we were traveling through. For that it was perfect.

No luxury, but at the same time not much room for improvements here. The accommodation is exactly as described in the ad.

The host is super kind, great communication despite the language barrier. We were looked after really well here. Homely atmosphere. Private beach 30 m from your room is TOP.

Hazardous turning into property. Little out of centre of Licata for restaurants and supermarkets.

Maybe it’s a good idea to have someone watching the kitchen to keep it clean. I travelled off season and maybe there is one in the season.

I liked the kitchen best. It was possible to cook your on meal. The B&B was including breakfast but I told them that I fixed my own. if you want you can also wash you clothes and the sea is a stone throw away. The rooms and bathrooms are oké too.

Property is managed by a family who is very friendly and helpful. Virginia, daughter of owners speaks perfect English, very rare in Sicilia. She helped us a lot.

We had the entire beach to ourselves! The beach is just 50 or so meters from the hotel. Also, we had the most comfortable beds here during our trip around Sicily. Excellent breakfast.

I liked everything, from the location to the service to the rooms. The service is amazing, the owner is very kind, very available and ready to help you for anything. The rooms are very cleaned and in the morning the breakfast is excellent. And especially the rooms are two seconds from the sea. Amazing experience.

You can even cook in a separate building :) The room is very nice too :) WiFi did not work when we were there but there is an excellent 4G thus no problem at all :) Special mention for the breakfast +++++ The breakfast is in a restaurant in the city center (you must go by car there) and it is absolutely FA-BU-LOUS :)) you have amazing italian coffee and anything you want — and it is a restaurant thus the choice is amazing :)

Not very easy to catch the exit to access the road to the house in the night (nearly full stop required on a rather busy 90+ kmh road). Pretty cold room in late April.

This is a wonderful place. Perfect location next to a nice beach. Wonderful hosts -Virginia and her father met me at the villa and showed me a large modern clean room. There was TV fridge wifi and air con. It was also very quiet. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend this B&B

What I liked? I liked everything. Great location with almost private beach. Perfect communication with owner in very good English (very rare in Sicily). Simple and safe parking. Fully equipped kitchen with possibility of washing clothes. Amazing breakfast in their cafe in Licata downtown. Clean and modern villa. I loved it and if I ever visit Sicily again, I would definitely sleep here again. I can only recommend. Perfection!

The breakfast was fabulous but it’s a good 20 minutes drive from the Villa which may mean travelling in the wrong direction. Thank fully this did not really affect us but may do if you are on a tight schedule.
