The mattress was unfortunately quite uncomfortable and the WiFi signal very weak The Breakfast option is pointless as you only get one kind of sweet bread and a small coffee. It would make more sense to raise the price a bit but have a normal breakfast option.

Great location near the train station and close to the airport. Beautiful and very detailed interior. Nice bathroom. Very nice and helpful owner and hassle free self check-in.

There is no AC in the bedroom. So we had to leave the AC going in the entrance with our bedroom door open to keep the room cool. This shouldn't be a problem in the winter months, but in proper summer weather it will definitely be an issue.

The hot tub in the room was a real treat, with lighting and music available, as well as different kinds of jets. The room was in an old French style, with even the AC being hidden behind a "picture" to make it look more authentic. The area was quiet, despite being in front of the train station. There were plenty of parking options near to the accommodation. And the host was very friendly and helpful. There is also a very nice pub nearby, called Mary's Pub. Definitely recommend it.

Air conditioner did not work well in the room we booked. Giovanni changed our room immediately, which met our needs.

Close to airport and railroad station. Unique decor, but well appointed and theme followed throughout. We found a great restaurant, Quaoratum, near the property. Had lunch and dinner there.

Breakfast was at a local cafe. Not much to choose from but to be fair, it was the usual coffee and croissant option.

The operators were great with communication and everything was planned and well organised. The decor in the room was lovely and we really enjoyed staying in the room. Comfortable bed and good location.

Not in the nicest location/neighborhood, but it is right in front of the train station. Not many great options to eat good food around, and it is necessary to rent a car in the summertime. Taxi's are insanely expensive, so it's best to take advantage of the buses. There isn't much street noise at night, however the walls in the building are paper thin and you can definitely hear your neighbors. On our last night, there was a substantial amount of noise coming from one of the rooms which sounded like the cleaning crew or maintenance.

The check-in was super easy, and communication with the host was quick and easy as well. There is AC, and other great amenities. The host provided tokens for a free drink and snack at the Station Bar neighboring the Lamezia B&Boutique, which was a nice bonus treat. The motif of the place is executed quite well throughout the room—a great homage to 17th century French interior design—fun and quirky. The space was great for some computer work, and the beds were comfortable and clean.

Looks like you are in a castle in Paris. Absolutely to recommend if you need qn accommodation close to the airport. The bus to the airport leaving every 30 min just in front of the apartment is a great plus.

The immediate area is not pretty but never is when near a railway station! Breakfast well,pastry and coffee? Not enough for English tourists!

Initially over awed by the deco, however that is what makes this place unique. Being out of season not easy to find lunchtime venues to eat in. Found a sushi place nearby...........very good.

Nice room, great location, very close to the Airport (5 min by car/bus), 1 min to the bus and train station from where you can get to Lamezia Terme, Tropea or elsewhere very quickly. Very friendly and helpful host. Recommended!

I couldn't really figure out how to get the TV working but I didn't message the host to ask, so really that's my fault. And the breakfast wasn't all that, it was just coffee/drink and a croissant which really isn't ideal every day.

The details in the room were so nice! I loved the jet bath it was amazing and made it for a really relaxing time! The location is really good, it's about 5 minutes from the airport and right next in front of the train station which made it for really easy travel. The hosts were really accomodating and made sure that we had everything we needed to make our stay a breeze. When we required an iron they got us one the same day!! Honestly my mum and I had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend to anyone travelling to Lamezia. Would definitely come again.

Everything was perfect, actually. Although not of much concern, but having antislip under carpets pieces outside the room in corridors would be really helpful. In the room, I would prefer not to have carpets on the beautiful and well-maintained wooden floor - but perhaps some people prefer carpets.

It was just an amazing experience. The staff was super friendly and cooperative and always available for help and support. Check in was seamless, and the room was extravagant. Large and super comfy bed. The room has functioning heating and airconditioner which works well. Cleanliness was super. in-room coffee was good with snacks. Bus stop and station just in front of the building. Restaurants and cafeterias are just outside in the street opposite to the station. Food prices are very reasonable, and coffee is great.Room pictures were taken before we checked out.

Pity we could stop there only for one night! The spa bath was obviously amazing, but the Queen's room is spectacular in itself. We'd never been in such a splurgy place before, so we had to take pictures of all the small details in the room to show others. There's no reception or common area - everything is done online (we used WhatsApp) - but we also asked lots of questions about beaches nearby, how to get there, etc. and the managers were extremely kind, helpful and informative. We would definitely repeat the experience if we pass through Lamezia Terme again!

The building where the property is not the nicest structure. It did not meet my expectations and neither the front gate nor front doors were working and that made the building feel unsafe. The air conditioning wasn´t working properly so the room felt warm, at least we were able to open the windows and sleep fine.

The best was the location as it served its purpose. We were looking for a hotel right across the train station and a few minutes away from the car rental, so that was awesome. It was also clean.
