It would have been great if Massimo would already have completed his dream to have the restaurant in the old tower on the beach. But it gives us a great excuse to come back another time.

Where to start??? It has been an exceptional experience. Our last day in Sicily has been a highlight of our trip. When you come here, make sure to ask Massimo to cook dinner! Sit back, relax and enjoy the experience.... This is such a convenient place to either start or end your holiday, as it is next to the airport. Yet you hardly notice it and you have beautiful beaches and a luxury style B&B at your convenience.

New & modern, on the sea, fabulous hosts who really took care of us, from helping with luggage, to feeding us dinner and breakfast! While we weren’t there long enough to enjoy the beach or pool, they looked like they would be great in warmer months. The owners are a lovely young couple who couldn’t have been nicer!

Angela is very lovely and helpful, she made our short stay easy and cozy. Hotel is far from city but close to the airport and few steps from an amazing beach with mountain views. We stayed for one night only but would come back.

There’s not a lot around, like places to eat etc but there is bikes provided if you would like to cycle somewhere for dinner. Overall great spot convenient to the airport

Quite a poor infrastructure. No pavements, no shops no restaurants nearby. There is a beach club but it was closed - we were they in october. The weather was nice, 25-30C degrees, but we were like ,,out of season”. The owner was really helpful, she gave us a transfer from the airport, she took us to the train station after check out/ 2kms from the resort, no tragedy, she cooked us as well, but these are factors you have to count with.

The resort is really beautiful, big terrace with sun beds and pool. There are two beaches really only a few steps far away from the resort. The rooms were clean, the kitchen is common, well equipped. The resort is around 5 kilometers from the airport

A really nice place very close to the Torre Pozillo beach. You can also enjoy the swimming pool from the terrace with a nice view on the beach and the mountain but also enjoy the sunset view. Angela our host has treated us very well with a delicious breakfast and some nice recommendations of places around.

It isn’t very close to the city but they provided everything so there’s no reason to go anywhere. Loved it!

Beautiful location on the beach with two amazing patios giving the view of the water. The rooms were clean and spacious. Our lovely hosts welcomed us with snacks and drinks and the dinner on the rooftop patio was absolutely delicious! They were very helpful and accommodating and their shuttle service to the airport made the stay effortless. Thank you for a memorable night in Cinisi!

Everything was perfect! The apartment is situated on the beaufiful sand beach with clear blue water, close to the airport (10 min car drive on the highway). The property is very clean, modern and well equipped. They offer excellent delicacies for breakfast (olives, cheese, coffee and the best pastries we ever had etc.). The hosts are very kind and helpful. They provided us with sun beds, sun umbrella and beach rackets free of charge. We also rented a car at the property.

We enjoyed our stay in this place. We were picked up from the hotel and welcomed with a cold bottle of wine. The breakfast was excellent and the place was very clean. There is wifi and a shared kitchen with everything needed. The contact person was always available and friendly - Anna and Massimo always said “Please feel at home”. The beach doesn’t cost anything and compared to other beaches we saw that didn’t cost anything, it was clean. Because of the good windows we didn’t hear the airplanes at all and could rest very good. I would recommend to get a car to make groceries and see the cities nearby. We will come back for sure!

Need to be prepared that the closest supermarket is ~2km walking distance

Starting from the location of the holiday house - right beside the beach with a beautiful view on the Pozzillo tower and sunsets, to amazing personalized approach of the hosts, - this place was perfect get-away haven for us. Hotel room was very clean and stylish, with air conditioning and personal shower and WC in the room. There is a shared kitchen available to make dinners or enjoy breakfast, - pans, cutlery, dishes etc are available there! Hosts took real care of us and made us feel welcomed and special. Nearby sandy beach is free and can enjoy all day long. Palermo airport is only ~4km away. Would come back here 100%!

Nothing - it was perfect.

The property was beautiful. Perfect location which was right next to the beach with gorgeous views from the terrace and the roof top. The property was perfectly clean with everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The beds and pillows were perfect, bathrooms were gorgeous and everything was brand new, clean and contemporary. The property came with tea, coffee, various refrigerated drinks and breakfast options and the hosts were lovely enough to even bring us fresh croissants in the morning. The hosts really thought of every single detail and we really appreciated it. The hosts were super friendly and on hand to help with anything we needed. They also gave us a lift to the airport in then morning too which was above and beyond anything we expected! This apartment was one of the highlights of our trip and we would love to come and stay again!

The lack of sound insulation between the rooms !

The host was exceptional and friendly , we appreciated the offer of cannoli as a welcome! THE facility si situated near the sea and the airport, so it was a nice place to stay for a last night in Sicilia !
