The appartment has an amazing view on the lake. Room was not big one, however it is good for sleeping. It has own parking space near the appartment. In the morning we had a breakfast outside with excellent view on the lake.

We had family room which was absolutely ok for us. 2 rooms with bathroom, one fridge, kettle. The appartment has beautiful view, its a bit steep up to hill. 5 minutes by car from villa balbaniello. We had very good breakfast on the terrace

The b&b was very excellent choice, the view was amazing, the hotel manager was very helpful giving us instructions how to get in every destinations we want also the last day he transferred us to the nearest bus station. The breakfast was molto delizioso. And the room was very clean.

Parole non bastano! Everything was amazing. Brilliant cleanliness, breathtaking scenery and the friendliest host I've ever met. He offered me insightful instructions for following an exhilarating and physically demanding hiking trail (Ossuccio - Rifugio Boffalora - Alpe di Lenno - Monte Galbiga e Osservatorio Astronomico - once could aim for Monte Crocione too). And for Star Wars maniacs like me, the lake country is worth every credit so gears on and let the fun begin !

The roads are very narrow to drive but Michel was helpful in directing us the best way to go.

Very clean. Comfy and spacious apartment. The view from the breakfast room is incredible. The pizzerias and shops are within walking distance too. We are a family of 4 and stayed one night - we would happily recommend it.

A car is preferred as it is up hill. Roads are very tight and need to be very careful when driving up and down

Location is very uphill, need taxi to and from ferry boats. Taxi is expensive and only one for the whole area.

It is a long walk down to the main road and restaurants. All up hill on the way back and at night easy to get a little list. Driving down was easy with free parking behind the cemetery

Beautiful views, a nice garden overlooking the lake. The room was clean and comfortable located in a good neighborhood near a beautiful historical church. The service was great, the owner is very helpful and genuine. I also had dinner at the property and the home made pasta was excellent! I recommend and hope to stay there again in the future.

We were fooled by the Google Map suggestion of a shorter way to get to the hotel. There's a better way to drive to and from the hotel as we learned from the owner. A lot of storage space was provided, but hangers were not that many for our damp clothes and laundry.

Driving to the B&B Garzola on narrow alleys that would be too much an endeavour at night after our late dinner in Bellagio, we arrived at the hotel with hardly any views. It's all dark except the head light of the car. Waking up in dawn with a rainbow hanging in the distance and drizzles on the meadow and the lake afar, the views over-compensated for the nuisance of driving overnight. A good sleep, a lovely breakfast plus the hospitality shown by the owner, refueled us for the impending drive into Switzerland via Lugano.

Nothing to say to the facility. Just be careful on the road; they are really tiny. If you are coming from the south, the road is fine, but to go to the north (or come back from the north), you need to use the road from the south; otherwise, you will face downhill, curvy, and max. 2 m wide roads.

The location was perfect, with a beautiful lake view in our family room. The room size is also a lot bigger than expected and was comfortable, especially with two children. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was more than I expected and was delicious.

The host Michel was very kind and went out of his way to help me with anything I needed. He really went above and beyond my expectations. Fantastic knowledge of the lake Como area. The room was very clean and comfortable. Fantastic aircon. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to the area.

There was nothing we didn't like here - roads to the location was bit tricky but the owner has advised a better road prior to our arrival, so it was also very helpful. If you have a very large car, you might a bit struggle to enter into the hotel place.

Great hospitality, location and view. The owner kindly switched to the family room from the booked two rooms, and it was roomy with full kitchen. Also arranged an air conditioning machine as well. View was very beautiful, we have enjoyed sun set time at the deck with lake-view. We really want to come back here with longer stay.

Shower was ok but could be a bit better. Walk into town & ferry pier is 15 mins downhill (15-20 min uphill on way back) but that didn't bother us. Rooms could do with a couple more chairs for seating.

Room was clean & spacious with lovely lake view from the main bedroom. No aircon but good fans were provided. Breakfast was plentiful & delicious. Host was friendly & helpful. Free parking on site but if full, spaces can be a bit tight. 30/35 min walk to the beautiful Villa Barbianello.
