Great location, east walk from the train station and to all major tourist attractions ,very clean with modern facilities. The use of a common room with tea/coffee facilities was very welcome

Kind of cold in the room, I was told I couldn't use the AC to warm up the room, as it's April. Didn't refill the tea container until 2 days later. Also, no cabinets or storage place in the bathroom.

My only comment about things that could be better was there wasn’t any shelf in the shower for soaps etc.

Beautifully decorated and very clean. We had an issue with the vent in the bathroom and it was sorted straight away. The location was fantastic.

A fabulous room with views from two sides. Great location, just around the corner from the Duomo. Spacious and immaculate. Very comfortable bed, excellent shower. Lovely old building and with a lift. I would definitely come back here again

Centrally located within walking distance to everything. The room was well appointed, clean and with everything needed. Being so close to tourist points as well as excellent food and shopping. The quaint little elevator was a bonus.. Our room with the view of the Duomo also gave us the full view on to the square which included sensational entertainment from guitarists every night, but do not despair as the windows do block out any noise should you not want to hear it but I recommend joining in for the sing along as it was really great fun.

Excellent location ok the centre of city with everything les then 5 mins away. The host was so helpful! I asked her to get me a adapter and a iron, she provides that right away. The room was clean and ideal for 2 people. I would definitely stay here again.

A room as beautiful as this should have more shelves in the bathroom. The beautiful shower had no place to put shampoo, conditioner, etc. you had to leave them on the floor.

The property was in the heart of Florence, waking distance to all tourist attractions. The room was very clean, cosy, the mattress was confortable and the pillows as well. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful, even we checked in after the working hours of the reception, they sent us detailed instructions for opening the room door. The breakfast was also very good and varied.

Nothing, everything was amazing

The location is amazing, you couldn't be any closer to the main attractions, there is a short walk to the other hotel for breakfast which is very pleasant and the staff working at breakfast were very nice along with the food and coffee..Our room was fantastic with a great view of the cathedral and square. The area is noisy, but with the windows shut, it's very quiet. I would normally stay in a hotel rather than an apartment, but I think I preferred this way.

Only complaint is having to book far in advance. The very thing I like about it, is also what is so frustrating. It is impossible to book when I have a sudden urge to spend a few days in my favorite city.

Location, discrete, small and does not appear like a hotel. Breakfast was a bit of a walk, but very pleasant.

What I dislike, is how much in advance I have to plan in order to book a room.

Third visit in 15 years. Would have visited more times, but could not make reservations due to unavailability. Ideal location, love that it does not feel like a hotel, has discreet signage, and a lift! The decor, in each room is unique and do not have that bland, forgettable sameness, that is what passes for accommodations in most cities. The bathrooms are EXCEPTIONAL !

Excellent location, just 1 minute walk from Duomo!! Flat was perfectly clean everyday and everything was great in general. Reception open all day and there was free nespresso for everyone all day long, which was really helpful.

The accommodation was very well situated with a view of the Duomo from our window which was lovely. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice for all tastes. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. If you're looking for a centrally located accommodation, only minutes walking from the train station then I can thoroughly recommend it.

On arrival reception staff was very helpful and informative. She advised that we could leave the keys in the room on checkout. This was important for us as we were leaving early and reception wasn't open until 9.30am..however on leaving there was a change of.staff and I left just before 9 30am. The morning reception was initially happy to wish ne good morning until i said i was checking out and told them i had left the keys in the room to which she then became very grumpy and annoyed...which was disappointing customer service.

The showers could have a space to put shampoos, etc and there is no cupboard/shelf next to the vanity for makeup, etc. There was someone next door not being able to open the door one of the nights around midnight and kept ringing the door bell 😩😩 which woke us up.

The perfect location. We walked with our bags there easily from the train. It was also walking distance to all the attractions. The rooms are spacious and really cute. ❤️ Breakfast was the best even though you will have to walk about 5 mins walk to a restaurant on the terrace. This was really lovely with a nice outlook. Breakfast offering was amazing and so was the service. ❤️❤️
