Lighting was dark in the stairwell at night. Sensors came on but not ideal as it was very dark until they did.

Location was convenient to tram to go to the train station and to the centre. Nice that there was a lift/elevator.

You can hear every sound from the street so bring earplugs. The price was high considering that my room didn’t have private bathroom, and you can’t cancel the booking once reservation is made. Well I can only blame myself.

It was clean and the location was great! The host was nice and the B&B was peaceful and quiet.

Location was good to visit around, parking available on city street as indicated by B&B staff. Had to leave very early for Rome airport did not have breakfast.

The windows are not properly isolated and depending on the room you can hear everything outside. Also would be better to have electronic access to the room for security reasons

There was no breakfast but this wasn’t a problem, so many places to go in Florence for every kind of breakfast, grab and go or a more leisurely sit down

Room & location were very quiet. Aircon worked terrific during Florence’s hot days. The reception staff member was friendly & allowed early check-in.

The room is not beautiful, feels old fashioned. However, everything was clean, is a good place to stay 1-2 days (B&B at the end!)

Mattresses were very hard. The street noise is loud.

Very nice and helpful staff, they let me keep my luggage there after I checked out while I was on an excursion to pick up later. There's a continental-style breakfast. Good wifi.

Very bright hallway light that automatically comes on when on the way to the bathroom made it very hard to fall asleep again after visiting the bathroom at night

Friendly and accommodating host, provided vegan croissants for me and soya cappuccino. Great location, just 10 minutes walk to the train station

the location is near the train station and close to the most important historical places, the hotel is clean, although the place is aesthetically not very attractive. But considering that we still slept there for 4 hours, that's normal. Very accommodating and friendly owner, so our stay was comfortable.

the bathroom was private but not connected to the room. the bathroom was generally neat. it is just uncomfortable to walk across a shared hallway to use the bathroom. our bathroom was at the very end of our hallway. I guess you can ask or make sure that it is private bathroom but attached to the room.

the location was awesome. very close to core down town of Florence, probably a 5 minute walk. it was also very close to train station and any public transportation. The owner Fabrizio was super friendly and helpful.

1. it’s minus not only here, that if you will come after 7 pm you should extra pay. I bought new tickets to bus to come early. 2. I don’t know, but I didn’t see breakfast. I saw that here was tables and coffee machine, but breakfast no. 3. you should pay taxes for 1 night 4€ only by cash. 4. in room was coffee, but no tea:(
