When we arrived at the B&B at night, there was no electricity at the house. No lights in the corridor or in the room or the toilet. We had to use our mobile phones as flashlights. I thought it was a power cut and that it would be over when we would wake up. However, there was no electricity in the morning, either. I tried to contact the owner by phone but nobody answered or called back. Together with another guest we found the electricity board and found a switch which we just switched on and we got electricity. I don't know why it wasn't on at night. The breakfast was very simple and I wouldn't call it a breakfast. Perhaps a morning coffee.. if you had electricity and you get boiling water.

The B&B was within a walking distance from the airport, which was good.

Low flying aircraft( you can hear aircraft take off quite loudly). It's fiddly to get in first time.

The only downfall was the noise from an early Morning flights, but on the other hand you can walk to the airport in 10-15 minutes.

Excellent location, right at the entrance to Orio, and a foot step next to the pedestrian/cycle lane that leads you right to the airport. Very precise and detailed instruction about self check-in and the possibility of late self check-in. The room was nice and clean.

Everything was as we saw on photos. We choose this place because of location-20 minutes by walk to airport. Room was ok. Close to excellent restaurant.

Close to the airport. Since my plane arrived late in the night, it was perfect to sleep in that night, before moving out to Milan . The Check in process was simple and perfect . When i sent my ID details on email, i got all the information i needed right away, and when i arrived, was just using the codes, they gave me, and i could find my room easy without annoying anyone .

If you have an early morning flight is a very nice location, about 20mins walking and less than 5mins with the car. A baby bed for our 4 months baby was provided which is a very good extra if you are travelling with a baby.

Shower doesn't have door, so everything stays wet. Pillow is very high for sleeping. But these are small things.

Excellent location if you are travelling from/to Bergamo Airport, about 15mins walking, not possible to get lost. Especially when you have a morning flight. Nice room with a private bathroom, Self check-in/out.

Sadly we had a very unpleasant encounter with a representative in the morning, that was aggressive and was shouting at my wife with a kid, because we delayed our checkout half an hour due to some issues with car rental. This is not how you deal with your clients.

Nothing really, it's ideal for a short stay.

Very comfortable and easy to reach accomodation for a short stay. Check in and check out are contactless and clear direction are given through email. The room has all the comforts someone might need with a large bathroom and everything is spotless. It's only 15 minutes walk from the airport and ther are a couple or restaurants/wine bar plus a very convenient grocery shop just two minutes walk away

Noisy because of the airport but I knew it. The workers have started to renovate the terrace of my room in the morning, so I should close all windows and balcony and could not enjoy my stay going outside.

The ready breakfast on a tray was rather modest. You do not meet any human being at the property and during your night walk from the airport. Obviously some noise from the aeroplanes. A bit expensive for a simple and modestly furnished room. Away from the new and old city centre, if interested to visit it.

It was within walking distance from the airport terminal. It was in a relatively calm and safe family housing area and quiet inside. It was easy to get in/check in and out at any time. Its cosy interior gave a bit of a feeling of being at home. Two small groceries nearby.

No shower curtain made the shower difficult to use. Should have been cheaper.

Excellent communication and instructions from owner. Easy to find. 20 minutes walk from airport. Very clean. Warm and cosy. Reasonable breakfast. The noise from nearby planes isn’t a problem, you’ll sleep though it.

Hard to get a taxi to pick you up from the airport and the 5 min ride is EUR50. A Polish drunk lad tried un unlock our room twice (probably trying to find his). Both not fault of the B&B. However, the mattresses were a bit soft and uncomfy and 2 mattresses were used on a king size bed instead of a single king size one.

Great location for catching an overnight flight. Nice large room and a clean bathroom. Easy to find and great self check-in instructions.

Easy 15-minute walk from the airport along a well-lit walkway, self-check in, clear instructions are sent beforehand, good size of the rooms, very clean, nice and quiet neigborhood (except for the sound of the planes), breakfast is very basic, a croissant and Nescafé, some teas and a bottle of water on a tray in the room.
