The bathroom was not very clean and the toilet was full of ashes from cigarettes.

The location actually was very good.10 minutes from the duomo di Milano by the foot.

I stayed in the 8bed dormitory and I think that the size of the room is small for 8 people. Also we all 8 had to share just 1 toillete and that saw obviously a problem especially in the morning

This hostel is in a great location really close to the city center on foot. It was clean, the people working there were really kind and the beds were comfortable. Also their system with the locks and lockers make you feel safe with your persomal items

There was only one toilet to share between 6 of us in the room. The heating system was awful - the unit would come on for 15 minutes or so at a time and pump out such hot air that we had to open a window so the heat wasn't unbearable, and it also made a loud blasting noise all through the night. The lounge area was closed the whole time I was there for a private event, so there was nowhere to eat any food you had bought other than three bar stools in the very small kitchen.

The architecture of the building itself was lovely, with high ceilings and big windows. The interior design was very nice too. The bunk beds were sturdy and well-built.

I had a morning train to catch. But the person on receotion did not have exact suggestion to travel to railway station. As a traveler I execpt hotel staff to provide me with promising details around travel.

Very clean and proper, the staff was overall friendly and the rooms were well equipped. The best part was for sure the location of the hostel, in a very nice and safe neighbourhood, with a view on the Madonnina of the Duomo!

The power sockets and reading lights at the bedside are placed in the wrong location, near your feet instead of your head. More lockers for storing luggage before check in or after check out would be nice.

Hostel is very nice, well kept and in a very convenient but quiet location. The cafe downstairs is a very nice touch and useful, the kitchen on the top floor and the terrace as well. Washrooms are clean, as is everything else. The prices are reasonable, and you can book breakfast for a few € too.

Dirty kitchen. It seems the kitchen for common use isn’t cleaned up regularly. I saw bits of the same food left in the kitchen sink for few days. Cutleries with stains and leftovers of food on it. Sticky old dust on shelves

- one of the reception on the day of checking in, advised that my reservation is the other day , insisted on it, then when i showed her my receipt ( fully paid ) and my reservation confirmation from booking, she took around extra 30 mins to confirm with the help of one of her colleague, she had a huge issue dealing with the PC - heater in the room ( 6 beds dorm / 2nd floor ) was broken, leeps heating all the time, sometimes the room was seriously hot

- Location is good ( a bit hidden if u don't have google maps working) - Lots of restaurants n bars around ( 10 mins walking) - neighbourhood is good / safe / clean - beds are comfortable - toilet is great n even they have a bidet ( surprising to me ) - downstairs bar is good, allow u to be bring your own food n drinks - got early check it - shelf beside the bed

The beds in the shared dorm rooms didn’t feel very private as they were very close together. Some curtains would be a good addition in future.

Lovely location in Milan. Only 15 minute walk to the Milan cathedral. The property has a very good kitchen if you like to cook your own meals. Great breakfast. Very clean bathroom and bedrooms. Great chill out space where you can even practice yoga and read books.

Nice place, unexpectedly quiet. There is an option to have breakfast or lunch , always a good coffee. You can leave your luggage for free after check out. Good stay overall for a night
