You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

An amazing family resort. Charming buildings in a beautiful location. The facilities were lovely, including fantastic facilities for the kids. The room was spacious, clean and really lovely. The food is outstanding.

United KingdomWe found breakfast and especially dinner to be a bit noisy with very young children dotted around the dining room - I’m sure a table round the other side would have been found for us if we had asked. We also found dinner was sometimes a bit rushed with courses coming out quickly. Our beds were a lot firmer than we have at home and there didn’t seem to be an option for a mattress topper - but we were provided with extra lovely soft pillows when we asked.
Beautiful and breathtaking location - a few minutes drive to the cable car at Seiss for access to the Seiseralm. Loved the entrance, lounge areas and communal areas in general. Stunning vintage furniture, family portraits and artefacts in lounge and corridors give a glimpse into the old family dynasty. Bedroom modern and simple, bathroom warm and well-equipped. Pretty gardens with plenty of seating, play area for kids at the front of hotel. Super swimming pool with a rota so it was never overcrowded. Log fire, pool table, books and games. Everything you would need if snowed in! The staff were warm and friendly - always happy to help in any way. Highly recommended and we would go back again.

From the moment we walked into the hotel to check in, we were overtaken by the charm of the hotel and the charm of the people who work in the hotel. Petra the manager/owner is a darling and interacts with you as if she had known you all her life. The staff working the front desk are superb in their knowledge about the hotel and adjacent areas. We worked initially with Leoni (sounds like) and she was amazing in her explanation of our upcoming adventure in the mountains the following day. Our short stay was most pleasurable
Breakfast was suculent, well prepared, warm easy to serve yourself, juices, hams, eggs, pastries breads and more, it was just excelent

SwitzerlandPersonel tried to compensate our disappointments. Sometimes with a lot of words, but they tried. Also the taste and quality and menu selection of food for dinner in this price range was disappointing. The local food on nearby "Berghütte" was better and less expensive.
Breakfast should be until 11:00. They typically charge glass fee, if you want an empty wine glas. For this price category not acceptable, They made it for free for us. If you look for some silence: :-(. Kids running everywhere. Nothing against kids, but it should be stated some where. Good breakfast.

BrazilPillows were not comfortable. Towels were not the best I've used in a hotel. Lack of vegetarian options in afternoon snacks.
Location is amazing. The personnel is also very friendly and professional. They all really cared about us. Cake and coffee in the afternoon was a lovely touch, even though they have virtually zero vegetarian options of snacks (unless you tell them about it the day before, and IIRC they charge you for that).
