The property is in a perfect location, 5 minutes away from the lake where you can swim, 10 minutes from multiple shops and restaurants. The facilities are clean and comfortable. We even got a free cake!

That was one of the best experience with renting anappartment: 1. A beautiful view on the lake from the big terrace. 2. Nice clean appartment. It had everything we needed, even games for a child. 3. Very friendly hostess, who met us and showed everything. 4. Delicious cake from the hostess. Thanks a lot!!! Recommend this apartment.

The only drawback is that Nesso is only a small town and you have to travel from place to place. We had a hire car so it wasn't too bad but shops are few and far between. However the mini-mart in Nesso has everything you would expect in a local shop.

Absolutely loved the views from the balcony! The owners Fabiana and Cesare are lovely, very welcoming and easy to communicate with. They even set up a cot and high chair for our baby which we greatly appreciated. The apartment is very spacious and had everything we needed including cooking utensils which allowed us to dine in and eat on the balcony couple of nights.

We were travelling with a 7-month-old baby. The baby got a separate bed, a high chair and a hooded towel. The internet connection was perfect, everything was very clean and there were all the necessary things in the kitchen.

Everything in the room is good but I needly to say that the location is not that good. It is located 1 km far from the small village - Nesso - and there are nothing located nearby. The closest restaurant/grocery shop is 600-700m walk. If you are driving i guess it is good. If you are not, better prepare to walk.

Overall is good . It is quiet and beautiful apartment nearby the lake with an exceptional view. All things are ready (TV, Wifi, fridge, hot water, hair dryer). You can enjoy your time in the balcony. The host are great!

1. The kitchen is not lit enough and because we prepared most of our meals by ourselves it was a bit annoying. 2. There is a big climb to the upper apartment from the street level, that was hard to nake with groceries or luggage.

We came as a family of 5 and we stayed at the upper level apartment. The view of the lake from the balcony is magnificent. Also the beds were comfortable for everyone and we missed nothing. The apartment is very very clean and well kept, and it is designed very nice and cozy. Fabiana and her husband welcomed us very nicely, and we really enjoyed our stay with them. Nesso is a sleepy village and you need to go everywhere by car, but for us who wanted the quiet it was a perfect location. If you want to have things at your reach, it is less the place for you.

the place is perfect! the views are just AMAZING! the place is big and have everything you need to have an amazing holidays. The owner is really easy to reach out. it’s located near Como and also near Bellagio, so it’s a good place to stay for both.

The building is shared with 3 or 4 other apartments. That does limit privacy a bit. And well, the mosquitos are probably an issue everywhere along the lake, not just here.

Transportation links can be tricky on a sunday. Aside from that all perfect!

The place was immaculate and an unforgettable view of lake Como. People in Nesso were wonderful and the trails around it beautiful to visit. We will treasure for long time those days. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating. I would come back here 1000 times with no problem! Highly recommended.

This is the best apartment I have ever been in! The warmest memories of como and the hostess that met us! Thank you very much for the warm welcome! Reading, bright and spacious apartment, better than in the photo! There is everything for cooking: dishes, glasses, salt, sugar, tea, oil, water and even beer. There is a private terrace with sun loungers. there are lemon trees on the terrace, we even ate them! Big hello to the hostess from Ukraine and thanks again!
