Apartment not maintained as well it should be, couldn't use one shower wasn't fitted to wall properly, not cleaned to a good standard. In bathroom we used nowhere to hang towels or toilet roll. No washing machine.

Small things - air con was not strong enough in all rooms for very hot summer. Lack of bedside tables and accessible plugs in one of the bedrooms

Huge 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment just down the road from the Arena. We didnt use the pool table but looked fantastic! Also a terrace if its not too hot to sit outside and well equipped kitchen. The host was very flexible with us to leave our luggage as we arrived early

It could use some renovation like window blinds, but the interior was nice and clean.

Location is perfect and you can walk everywhere. The apartment is biiiiiig 🙂

the door is not so quite between each other, but outside is silent during sleep. the tap of the kitchen is too strong.

We have allergies so it made my asthma worse and I kept sneezing, the floor needed hoovering and mopping as socks were totally covered in pet hairs and dirt I didn’t like that.

Very spacious, beautiful place lots of balconies and natural light. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again.

no interment - we were able to log in to the wifi but no internet, we had to use personal phone hot spot. not clear if the cameras are active but too many inside...

great location, very close to the tourist attraction with public parking (with payment) within reasonable walking distance. very big apartment, we found all needed. we did not cook but eat outside but in the kitchen, there is everything you need for home cooking. We loved it & will be happy to comeback! nice pool table.

wifi did not work (for one night not a big deal) but in the first place there are cameras inside in the flat, which makes the feeling of privacy a bit uncomfortable (they could have been off, I can’t be sure about it, but the simple fact that you might be observed, is something you should be aware of). For safety reasons, one camera at the entrance would be enough… But all the rest was great at all

everything was clean, the apartment is great, the remote support was fine, the location in the city center is perfect, parking house for €10/day is not far away (5-10 minutes walking distance)

Cleanliness. Very dirty. Bad smell! When we informed the owner, he was rude, unprofessional and told us to change the bedclothes that are in the closet ourselves. Would have done it but the bed linen in the closet was in even worse condition! It's a shame that such a nice apartment is in the hands of someone who doesn't know how to value either housing or guests!

The showers leaked when you took a shower so the shower was a little tricky. The bathrooms looked nice though. There was water damage with the wood floors looks like from the air conditioners and was a trip hazard. We did not find paper towel. I wish they would have washcloths also with the towels. We had to rewash the dishes we used. Lots of plugs did not work although the bathroom ones we tried did.

The apartment was very large the rooms were good sized.

Contact with the owner, we were threaten while not responding in time, even owners were given us on day of arrival ONLY then important information while we were traveling by car, you need a special App., no other information for the place, no washing machine available, no English TV channels, some of the windows didn’t close, beautiful floor boards are uneven, dangerous to walk on,

The parking is about 10 minutes walk from the apartment and though it is said to write to the host if you want parking it is not actually reserved for you and we had to wait for a parking to free. The apartment used to be a small hotel and has like a front desk and cameras all over which made us feel uncomfortable. The air-conditioning in the living room and one of the bedrooms was not working. The cleaning and maintenance of the apartment is not that great. There where large plates leaning against the wall in the living room which seemed as could harm someone if it fell.

The apartment is very big and has a washer and dryer which is great.

Nothing - just disappointed that we only had one night in Verona!!

Everything! The apartment was massive & the beds we’re comfortable. I also like that the towels were colour coded per person and there was shampoo/conditioner for guests to use. Awesome billiard table
