Heating could have been better. The room was cold in the evening but then the heating was on at 3am.

The lovely balcony is the jewell of this hotel, but it is only available at breakfast. They don’t do dinner or drinks. This is no hardship because you are so close to the little harbour where there are lots of restaurants.

Really happy and organised team run this little hotel. Very centrally located, with the most beautiful little balcony directly overlooking the lake, where we had our breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The shared terrace (open from 8-12 and 15-19) had a wonderful view of the lake and was great for having breakfast and playing board games. The rooms are small and old fashioned, but clean. The hotel is located in the center of town close to many restaurants, bars, several beaches and the ferry station. We had a great stay!

Beds were too soft.

We stayed just for one night. The room was spotless clean, the furniture a bit retro. Staff was friendly. Highlight was breakfast on the terrace with view on the lake. If you come by car, check-in before parking, reception will give you parking card for 3EUR only/one day

At first we thought our room looked maybe a little tired, but the property grew on us, and we had a very pleasant, relaxing stay there.

The property is right on the lake, and our bedroom window opened onto that view. The terrace for breakfast is charming, again right in the lake. There is also a lift. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, especially assisting with parking the car.

Room was rather small and standard, nothing special to expect. Nothing modern and fancy, but more like an old house with history.

Great breakfast on little terrace with great view on the lake. Direct in the center of Gargnano - only a few footsteps from the center and the little harbour. Clean and tidy! Nice staff!

No AC in the room, the open window solution was a disaster, the noice from the street is unaccaptable, you can't sleep in your room after 6.45 in the morning, definetely not good for resting.

Nothing to dislike about the hotel itself. The only thing to be aware of is parking is not always available outside the hotel but a few minutes walk away which was not a problem for us.

Lovely little bed and breakfast hotel. Staff were super friendly. Location was excellent for wandering into the town and beaches. Lovely breakfast on the terrace outside with a beautiful view of the lake. Great value for money. If available request a lake view.

The breakfast room and balcony have amazing views of the lake - but this area is locked up with no access during lunch for 2/3hrs a day and then again after 6/7pm: When are you at the hotel ? After lunch and evenings- exactly when you want to enjoy the view, but it’s locked away from you! Such a shame because this is how the hotel is marketed…. Management are nice but need to unlock the main reason why people come to their Bed & Breakfast

The hotel is nice but quite pricy. Our room was really dark, since the window was facing a wall. We had to use light all the time. There was no common space outside to use. The terasse was only accessible for breakfast.
