You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SpainNothing, everything was perfect
The place is amazing and we loved that it’s located in the heart of the historical city. The rooms are gorgeous and super modern even though it’s in sync with the local architecture. The breakfast was one of the best we had in our trip to Italy and that it’s hard to achieve since eating in Italy it’s amazing. Finally, the staff was super helpful, polite and they were constantly giving recommendations. They even took the time to explain a little bit about the history of the city I highly recommend it and I would love to come back in my future trips to Matera

ChinaBed was not comfortable, too low. A bit smelly the room due to the pluming, there was a crack in the bathroom floor where some water came out. Breakfast was nothing special, but it was nice to have it outside with the view
