A wonderful hotel with an amazing view of the lake. The restaurant where we had dinner and breakfast has a wonderful view of the lake. The service was great.

The great view means it’s up a hill away from the main town of Orta San Giulio but if you’re staying here you probably have transport anyway

We booked for a short 3 night stay. The view from the Restaurant was amazing. This a lovely family run Busniess. Staff were brilliant. The food was also delicious. Good location to explore Lake Orta. Highly recommend.

The building shows it's age, but that's a minor gripe. The bathroom had been remodeled and that was very nice. Maybe some USB charging in the room would help

The location and the food are outstanding. The service was also exceptional. The evening meal was one of the best we had in our two week holiday, most of which was spent enjoying amazing Italian food. The rooms are a little basic, but the views, meals and service more than make up for this. We would recommend and we would return in an instant

A location when you don't have a car is really terrible. The hotel is located very far from the town. Additionally, there are no sidewalks anywhere. They could provide warmer bedclothes. It was a bit cold at night

I think a few extra pillows in the room wouldn't go amiss (even if kept in the cupboards) The plug socket by the bed didn't work for my CPAP machine so we slept at the other end of the bed. Railings weren't especially secure on the balcony.

Easy to find, great parking spot. Very lovely welcome and swift check in. The restaurant and panoramic views are great. Very quiet and peaceful and great location for Lake D'Orta. Very reasonable too! Loved the area. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The WiFi signal was not performing. IN our room, we had to use our own cellphone to create a hotspot. A repeater could serve well.

My wife and I stayed for one night only. The gentleman at the reception was extremely kind and offered assistance for our luggage as the hotel has no elevator. However, ou overnight luggage was light enough to carry it upstairs. From our room - not quite new but everything in place and in good shape - we enjoyed the panoramic view over lago d'Orta. We arrived after a long journey and were very pleased by the excellent restaurant. Again here, value for money was unbeatable. Fine homemade Italian pasta, excellent wine list at reasonable prices, dessert and digestivo. A perfect meal. Finally, the breakfast left no wishes open; it was far better than the tradtional Italian breakfast known from other places. We plan to come back.

The room could have used a comfortable chair for sitting. The bed was a bit hard.

The location was excellent, very convenient to visit the Lago di Orta. The room was very clean. The front desk person was quite helpful . We particularly enjoyed the breakfast in the lovely room overlooking the lake. Great value for the price. Highly recommended.

Air conditioner in the room would be very good to have. It’s very hot in the room as it’s on a sunny side. However the rooms are being renovated so likely the AC will be installed there.

Very nice and quiet hotel. Rooms are being renovated, but the one we stayed was not done yet. View from the window was magnificent. Staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast is simple but quite enough. Restaurant on site is very good. Food is delicious and prices are not biting.
