No windows. No air conditioning. Too loud to leave balcony doors open. No wash rag to use with shower gel that was provided. No coffee. Combo lock changed without prior notification.

The room we stayed in was nice but the toilet was not on properly and had to keep moving it. 😅 would be nice to have refreshments as having no cups tea for 3 days was not good as it made the room just a room or a box to the side. It's not very 'suite' standers but overall a pleasant stay as the bed and veiw was a top priority for a stay in Rome.

The location was good as it was just a little out of the centre. All the locals are really nice and great things to see in walking distance. Not a fan off busy areas so we stayed away from the centra and enjoyed the locals and spots around the area.

Honestly, there wasn’t anything that I can think of that we didn’t like. The staff was incredibly nice and informative when trying to figure out the specifics of our stay! Would definitely come back and stay here again!

The location was perfect especially for people wanting to see Trastevere! The room was the perfect size for me and my one friend (two people total). The bathroom was extremely clean and housekeeping was very on top of things!

Located in a perfect spot amid Trastevere. Helpful and friendly staff, nice balcony in the shared kitchen space. Rooms are clean and spaceous enough. Definitely recommend it to other travelers.

It was very small, two people barely fit. And the shower was tiny. The bed needed some support like a box spring it sagged in the middle.

I felt the cost was a bit high, but I guess the location was the reason.

This was a neat old hotel with a really cool elevator. The thing we like the best was the bed and pillows, which were more comfy than what we have at home! Our host was very helpful and his responses to my questions were always within minutes. It was a good location to be in the heart of Trastevere. If you go here, you should get the room with the balcony. Our room looked into the central garden, which was also nice, but a street view would’ve been cool. If you’ve got good walking shoes and are in good shape, you can walk to most of the major sites which is what we pretty much did with no problem.

Vodaphone issues with wifi. The flat manager did all he could to improve and change the service but despite his best efforts we only had wifi on our last day. Hence the downgrade.

Location was central to all the major historical sites. It was also quiet despite being in the busy part of town.

Excellent location with many restaurants and cafes around. The staff were very helpful that our entire stay went smoothly without even meeting anyone. They had arranged for everything before our stay and were excellent with their communication on WhatsApp.
