Great location, very spacious room and bathroom, daily cleaning and the balcony was great. What I could recommend is to add some balcony furniture to even more enhance the experience. Breakfast was served at the restaurant across the street.

Great location, really friendly and helpful staff. They allowed us to check in early as soon as the room was ready and organised a taxi to the airport for us. The room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom was well equipped with experience shower.

From the booking we can understand than there is a private parking in the hotel, but the parking is only for hotel owners and not for the guests.

You get only one day free for Wifi. And unfortunately the mobile network in this area was sometimes not 4G in the afternoon.

Pretty large and freshly renovated bedrooms with small fridge and kettle. The hotel is very clean and modern. Very efficient management and cleaning team. You can park in the street and it is free. However they can eventually offer one slot in their garage ( 10 €/night). The included breakfast is served in a cafe at the corner of the street, lots of pastries. Near via Cavour: you can visit the city by foot and leave your car near the hotel.

Hair dry worked for 2 minutes then off for 5 to cool down. Was not broken, I was told that is the way it is. Took an hour to dry my hair. Not great.

The breakfast venue is conveniently close, but really not great, mainly because of the service - off hand bordering on rude. A lot of cake. On day one - yogurt was on offer but ‘finished’ by 9.15 when we arrived. Day two, arrived about 8.15 - no fruit, no yogurt and juice was ‘finished’. All made worse by the lack friendliness we’ve experienced everywhere else. A great shame (we’d tried the place for dinner on the first night - that’s not advisable either - undrinkable table wine for which we were charged twice).

The property was great. An easy walk to a lot of Palermo’s attractions. Shared taxi from the airport dropped us a short walk from the property. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. As the property is off the main street it was quite quiet.

- The room smelled soooo badly (cigarette smell) - hair on the bed - zero flexibility: check out was only possible until 8pm and you can only leave the luggage on the check out day until 2pm (!!) - old and dirty shower - felt like being in a ghost hotel - no reception

First of all, dont make the same mistake as we did: before I booked that hotel I didnt read HOTEL POLICY. Who does? I am an experienced travaler and never ever had problems like that! Please, PAY ATTENTION to the check/in hours: From 14:00 to 18:00. On weekends till 13:00!!!!! They dont show this info on a main page, customers should specifically search for that. And If you didnt check this info and booked this hotel be aware that NO ONE CARES ABOUT YOU and your comfort. Hotel will not help you to find the solution if your flight for example is in the evening and you will not be able to do the check-in in time. In fact, I think they do it on purpose to full their customers. Our flight was delayed, so insted of arriving at 17:00, we arrived at 19:00. By the time we got to the hotel it was already too late. I knew that there might be a problem, so two days before I contacted the hotel, saying that we might be late and if they can find a way to help us. I proposed: to hide the key, to give it to the closest bar, to use the master lock, to wait for us, us to collect the key somewhere, or to cancel my booking and make me a refound. To all those proposals Hotel told me "NO, THIS IS YOUR PROBLEM". I asked booking assistance to help, but booking as well told me that they are not able to do anything since the room is not refoundable and check-in hours are written in the hotel policy. I asked my friend from Palermo to help me, to do the check in for me, hotel didnt want to do that, but in the end agreed. What was my surprise when we arrived I say a lot of master keys next to the entrance. I assume they have it, but for some reasons didnt want to help us, Hotel administration, if you read this, please note that this is very disrespectful from your side to treat your guests this way. Put this information on top of you page in order to not confuse you customers, dont hide that info, make it clear. PS. There was only one chair in the room for 2 people.

Be aware of the check in time as they are completely not flexible with late arrivals. We landed around 11pm (after the checking time) and we were left out from the property with no help and 0 cooperation from the staff, even if we messaged the property few days in advance they didn’t help us to find a way. Eventually we had to ask a friend of a friend who managed to do the check in for us, but it was very uncomfortable and stressful. Also, the pillows are old, very hard and low so it was very unpleasant to sleep.
