The rooms were not the cleanest and the fact that the building was old meant that noise travelled throughout meant you were woken up by people next door or people above you getting ready.

The location is perfect for exploring Siena, opening the doors straight into the town. The stone staircases and narrow doorways give you the sense of the history behind this medieval town. The breakfast was great with a large selection of fresh pastries and local products paired with exceptional coffee.

small vintage style room with small bathroom and aircondition right in the downtown with free parking 300 meters close, that was what we needed for 2 nights in Siena. Very clean with a nice older man who took care about checkin, checkout and breakfast. He prepared very very nice breakfast for all guests. We had some typical sweet food, fruit, cheese, ham (eggs I didnt like, it was too much cooked, sorry:)). Coffee was +- ok but I recommend to find nannini caffee (my gosh, that was sooo goood and very close to this accomodation. Siena is amazing, this accomodation was very romantic and on the best place. We will come back.

Great location, in walking distance from train/bus station. Near all tourist attractions. Property very clean, comfortable, great shower pressure, comfortable bed. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Gave great recommendation for dinner. Even made us breakfast early so we would be on time for our bus. Would defiantly stay here again and recommend to friends.

Some of the other guest came back from partying at 2am and we're super noisy.

The location is super central and extremely comfortable, the parking valley offered by Leonardo Parking (25 euro per day) is a must! The sir who welcome us was amazingly kind and friendly. The room was cozy and clean, even if in the city centre is quite and we slept very well! Shampo and other amenties (outside of general soap) are not avaiable so be aware of that, for the rest, it was fantastic! We Will come back!

B&B to stay away from... pictures are faaar from reality. It is not clean..in the bathroom smells terrible..the tubes are not ok, the lamps are so cheap..Mr owner you can buy some new fashion lamps..those you have value one EUR..this show no respect for your clients..

This is rather a hostel than B&B. The bedroom furniture would be relatively ok, but right behind the room door is the dining area and the hall with reception space. The man at the reception made several phone calls having his phone (yelling) on speaker, so we could hear every single word in our room. It was very disruptive (but thanks god he was not there at night). I am sorry to say this but the bathroom smelled like it would be full of the black mold, although I did not see any. I dropped my earring and I saw that the space under the bed has not been cleaned for the weeks ;(. I got the similar feeling in the breakfast area - we had the breakfast around 9am and probably someone was sitting at our table earlier. We got the clean plates but the table was not sanitized at all / you can see there crumbs (even the bit of jam on the table) + mine glass was not clean so I asked for replacement, but the guy did not comment this at all. Overall, big disappointment - for the same money you can get much much better value in Siena.

Location is great, 10 minutes walk from centre. Parking is just outside the city walls, and explanations easily available from the hosts. Breakfast was good & cappuccino as well. Hosts were great.
