it was not easy to find. Gladly, I had internet and could call the host. Otherwise, it is impossible. if people travel outside of the EU and have no data, there is no chance to find it.

Nice sized room, fairly decent bathroom with shower and big window to an inside patio. Nice to have microwave, refrigerator plates, cups and silverware, although it is not a proper kitchenette. Working WI-FI, comfortable bed and pillows. Nice quiet location, at close walking distance from the major tourist points, restaurants and minimarket

There were some reconstructions outside or something like that. We could not sleep in the morning due to the loud noise from the street! Except of this be aware that this place is in the basement

Hostess was very nice. I needed to have an iron to have an excellent look for my first important event in Rome, but iron was not there. So, she interrupted her weekend and brought me a new iron in the same evening!

I had problems with the shower temperature and couldn’t always get warm water. The swamp cooler didn’t work great. Since I don’t have WhatsApp we didn’t the check in instructions before we arrived and there’s no way to figure it out without that information.

It was pretty nice inside. The location was pretty good, although the more trusty Metro (buses aren’t very reliable) is a 15 min walk away. Alessia was very help once we got in contact with her.

This is not a bed and breakfast, and shouldn’t be advertised as such. It is an airbnb apartment. It’s a Roman apartment which has been divided into four “mini apartments” which are self contained. They have a shared entryway which requires an app to unlock. As the apartment is in the basement we didn’t have connection to open the door at first. If I was travelling alone I’m not sure I would have been able to get in without help. There help is only via phone. They are helpful but it didn’t meet the expectation through booking.com or a bed and breakfast.

The property was clean and compact. For the price it was good. The owners were kind enough to let us store our luggage in the communal space. The location is decent.

Nothin that worth mentioning. It was all as good as expected.

The place is well located in a quiet neighbourhood near the Coliseum. It was all I needed: a clean room with a confortable bed; perfectly clean linen and a private bathroom. It was nice to have a kettle, coffee and tea. You'll also find dishes, cutlery and a minibar, all clean and in working condition.

The price is too high, but that's because everyone started traveling after the Covid "shutdowns".. Too small shower cabin.

It was hard to find the apartment in the building, apparently it's in the basement. There is no air conditioning.. tho there's an electric fan, but still it doesn't help with the heat. It was really hard to sleep during our 4 nights there while it's 37°C in Rome in the evening. Even opening the window doesn't give help as the apartment is in the basement, hence, there's not much air coming in, reason why it's quite smelly inside. Kitchen also is lacking of things. Toilet doesn't have a proper ventilation and shower has molds.

Self check-in was easy and the owner is nice. The location of the apartment is close to Colloseum - can be walked for not more than 20 mins. Apartment is newly renovated with some basic things you need such as refrigerator, stove, cabinet, sofa.

No clear instructions on the check- in procedure beforehand. The owner never showed up during our 4-day stay, nor being able to reach by phone; Poor noise insulation with very noisy people next door till 2-3am every night that badly affected our rest - it was so bad that we were seriously thinking about switching to a hotel; the shower is so small that a small-built person would feel claustrophobic in it. A cleaning lady was there way before our check-out time, and no one took care of the check-out neither. Overall, very disappointing experience.

The whole apartment smelled of mold and it was terribly cold. The hot water in the kitchen didn’t work most of the time. The electricity was also really inconvenient, we literally had to use the kettle on the ground. The TV was lagging and the neighbors were shouting, stomping and slamming things from early morning to late night. You could hear everything.

The location is amazing. It’s really close to the centre so you can easily walk everywhere. The hostess was also nice.

Water presure at the bathroom is not good.

Location was perfect. It was easy to go to the city centre, by bus or just walk to the Coloseo, Piazza Venezia, Di Trevi... Easy to check in and take the keys. Apartment has very good heating, but at the bathroom is little cold. We are satisfy with apartment.

Our room didn't have air conditioning, just a small fan - I think an air conditioner is necessary for visiting Rome in the summer.

Good location, close to the Colosseum, and easy to connect with public transport. The host was helpful and explained everything well.

Great place to stay to explore, have everything we needed, simple but great. Good size room, kitchenette great to make simple things like sandwiches or a little breakfast. Very clever technology to enter the property too.

The location of the apartment is great, Colosseum is just 10 minutes away in walking distance. The owner is flexible and cooperative and meets our needs. I recommend it to everyone who wants to enjoy walking tours through Rome.
