I liked everything

I loved everything about this place, the building is a period property, the room has very high rooftops and a beautiful terrace with amazing views, and surprisingly quiet enough. It's so well decorated and taken care of from the hall, to the coffee area to the room. The room was super comfy, the Aircon worked great. Breakfast at hotel Signoria was great with many options, the woman and the young man working there were just the kindest and always made sure we had everything we needed. Location is just perfect, walking distance from everything in Florence, and very lively at night with music always playing in the Piazza. If I ever come back to Florence this will be my choice for sure.

The lighting in room number 1 needs to be improved, especially on the desk and wardrobe side. When the window is opened for fresh air, it gets filled with flies. It's urgent to lift the mattress and clean all the dust underneath, including the edges, and this should be done regularly. There were visible dust bunnies. For someone with allergies, it could be a nightmare.

The hotel is located in one of the most famous squares in Florence. It is within walking distance to everywhere. The building is in that area and located on the 2nd floor, accessed with a private code to an apartment. It also has a kitchen with a coffee machine and a kettle. I stayed in room number 1. It was a quite large room, but despite its size, the bathroom was a bit small. Room cleaning is done daily at an average level. I did not experience any security issues. When I returned late, I had no problems as the area is safe. I would stay at this hotel again when I return. Checking in at the main building (3 minutes walking distance) was not an issue for me. I had chosen an accommodation with breakfast options. Breakfast is also in the main building and the menu is quite rich. The service staff are very polite and courteous.

Perfect location. Both easy to get from the train station by walking and perfectly in the middle of the city. It wasn’t noisy at all. The room and balcony were beautiful, breakfast was stunning. We very much enjoyed our stay here and will return in a heartbeat

The AC didn't work very well - thankfully it wasn't super hot while we were there but in the dead of the summer it would be rough. The location is also super central to the town square and there's often music in the evening. It's nice to have your windows open and listen but if you had kids with you or wanted to go to bed early - not ideal!

The location is right in the heart of everything! The breakfast was at a nearby property (couple minute walk) and was phenomenal. Overall great location and the room was very spacious!

It's a city centre location so it can be noisy at night just outside the windows. Just bear that in mind if you're after peace and quiet

Brilliant location in the city centre, within walking distance of everything. Very clean and serviced every day with care. Comfortable with a cute balcony for sl fresco drinks. Amazing breakfast spread and delightful staff who were always friendly and happy to help. A great spot.

Located in the heart of Florance, Piazza Della Republica. Check-in/out and breakfast is at Hotel Signoria, 200 mt away. Breakfast was very satisfying. The room is large and comfortable.

The only negative thing about the property is that they don’t allow the air conditioner to be used until June or July. My wife is hot natured and that bothered her a lot……just something you should be aware of.

The property is in the perfect location. It’s easy to walk to all the attractions in Florence here. Right outside the property is a square that had very good places to eat and live music by different people all day and night. I would definitely recommend this place to stay and if I ever go back to Florence, I’m staying here again.
