The location is perfect, right on the trail from Camogli to San Fruttuoso/Portofino. Great views, very good breakfast on the terras, and nice restaurant nearby in San Rocco. Hiking from Camogli is a lot of stairs, but worth the effort, and saves time and effort next morning while continuing your way to San Fruttuoso/Portofino. At the bakery in San Rocco you can buy lovely pastries and foccacia, also fruit, water etc. Would also be nice to return to the BBQ Lodge after the hike, but we didn't have anough time.

There was nothing that i did not like.

Location was nice. Trekking routes are nearby and easy to access. Staff was so kind and supportive. Rooms and common areas were tidy and clean.

The air conditioning machines could be more efficient, especcialy in the hot hot summer. But it is just a small detail to live with.

Just a simply beautiful place on the Ligurian Coast. The nicest staff; clean, calm place to recharge. You can hike, swim, wonder aimlessly or just do nothing on the two spacious terraces. Thank you all and we will be back some day for sure :-)

Everything was great! This is a really beautiful place! The view is stunning! I didn’t read a notice that you can’t drive exactly to the lodge and you need to have a walk around 200m down the hill by staircase. But I was happy when we get there because it was really worth it! Grazie mille!

- Room had no air conditioner and fan did little to counter the heat (we did visit in a heat wave during summer, so would be better at other times of year). - About a 30 minute downhill walk from the bus stop upon arrival. Had a great view and wasn't really a negative for us, but just for awareness.

- Lovely breakfast spread. - Great view from our room, and nice space within the room for luggage and two people. - Walk down to the beach offered great views and was quiet, was comfortable for us but there are a lot of stairs.

Such a beautiful and unique location, based in San Rocco with stunning viewing over Camogli. The hotel felt boutique, original and characteristic. Just beautiful and an amazing outdoor seating area with amazing views.

People must be aware the place is only accessible by steep steps, either from below, up from Camogli, or from above, down from the San Rocco church.

It is a very beautiful place! Clean and quiet! The staff is extremely friendly. A great breakfast with a wonderful view is included. Everything is perfect about this place! However, one should hike about 30 minutes to get there, but the view and place are worth it.

It is a beautiful place in a gorgeous location ! Comfy , clean , quite and with a natural homie feel . I couldn't have been any happier to land there . Camogli center is only 15 mins of a lovely walk down from the lodge ( although Google map does not show you this route option!) Also Luisa with her kind welcoming presence makes your stay further more enjoyable. Book it right up, it is quite of a special choice!

Quiet and calm 20 min hike outside Camogli with a breathtaking view. Quality art decorations all over the house and garden.
