Our aircon was old and faulty and by the end of our stay it was dripping.

Our room was the perfect size for 3 nights in Rome and the cleanliness was up to a good standard. The location was great as we were close to the train station so was able to move around in Rome easily.

The staff wasn't available. TV didn't work. Apart from the first day that owner sent me the information about how to pay city tax and how to check-in, they didnt respond anymore. If you dont write to them between 14 to 20, you wont get any response which is not acceptable at all. Most people travelling, from 14:00 to 20:00 will be out of room. I contacted, once at 21:00 and another day at 22:00. I expected a response the day after when they say they are working, which was the least expectation. Also when i wanted to leave, i sent a message to inform, but no response to non of them. In those messages, once i asked i dont want the room service(cleaning)when i am not in room, it was ignored. I wanted to use my sheets and pillow covers for the bed, which i brought from my home, which was clearly different from theirs, by color and design, and i lost it. When i contacted the owner for getting information or a payment for the loss, still no response.

Unlike previous people's experience, we didn't have problems with check-in or water. Check-in was easy, the water was hot.

Even though the responses were quick they came with inaction. Ex. We asked for an extra pillow the first day we arrived, and never came. The bathroom door was broken. You could swim in the toilet if you wished for.

In December, it was really cold in the room, the air conditioner did not heat. The TV did not work, although it turned on, but it was not possible to tune in to any channels because the set-top box did not work. Although there was a teapot in the room, there were no dishes, not even a cup, and no information about bringing your own.

It was a great location, everything was within reach. Easy check-in, we have no problem with that. The room was tidy. Good value for the price.

Check in was made more difficult than it needed to be. Had to download what’s app to get the instructions and then it still didn’t mention what floor it was on. Otherwise no issues.

Good location and very secure. Only 15-20 min walk from colosseum. 5-10 min walk to main train station (Roma termini). Reasonably spacious room with comfortable bed.

Bathroom bidet leaked and wasnt fixed as was still leaking so bathroom floor was wet the whole time and didnt realise you didnt have kitchen facilities unless you have the studio room, no iron/steamer

To have a hot water we waited 30 minutes. This wasn’t pleasing. I wanted to contact the owner about the issue, but he didn’t answer my messages.

It has private bathroom. The place is close to Termini.

needs a safe and coffee provision. The process for accessing the property is confusing particularly for people of advanced age. Someone, without knowledge of the property, should review the procedure with a view of clearing up the grey areas.

We thought it was a hotel with reception and everything but It’s an apartment inside a residencial building. So, it’s better if we knew that in the first place because we didn’t. Anyway, it’s a good deal for that amount of money.

The communication with the host was difficult. I could only have contact the same day just a couple of hours before check-in and only after contacting booking.com about the situation, which was stressful. Also TV did not work.

Electric stoves were not working properly. Check in took very long as it was remote. Fridge was on the opposite side of the kitchen, could be moved closer to ease cooking
