Our room was large, modern, clean with a beautiful balcony and a beautiful view of Trento , a nice family restaurant next door , the breakfast at the hotel was healthy and delicious, Julia at the front desk was so kind helpful, and professional. We stayed in the eco spa suite and it was AMAZING the sauna in the room and the private hot tub made for an amazing experience. The view was spectacular. I splurged a bit for my italy vacation on this one, but it was so worth it! The staff was so attentive and accommodating. Do not hesitate book this now

The receptionist could be more relaxed, not just reciting their standard messages. And handling the air conditionig / heating in the room is impossible without instructions (haven`s seen any).

Location is up in the hill and not perfect if you're searching for a place to do walking distance city tours.

Really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Breakfast was amazing at the hotel, would recommend it to foodies.

The rooms feature “open” showers (with only a glass wall) which is very modern, but for those traveling with little kids it can be challenging because you’ll have no privacy - although I guess it depends on the kids.

Situated a little above the city of Trento on a hill with a view, next to a restaurant that serves delicious food. The breakfast was very good and offered everything one can desire. The rooms are very quiet, comfortable and modern and offer a tea bar. Staff was friendly and helpful. A very enjoyable stay.

There was a bit of confusion at the check-in, but I trust it was just an isolated event as we saw that all the staff work very hard.

The place is very cool, the room was spacious, nicely designed and equipped with everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and the people were very nice. The place is located in the area where I grew up, so we decided to come back here to celebrate my mother's birthday and it was overall very nice and cozy. Recommended for families as well as couples

I have ZERO complaints. Parking was a little snug, but it was not specific to the hotel (everywhere in Europe was snug).

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was AMAZING! The rooms were large with modern décor furnishings and artwork. The view from the balcony overlooking the vineyard, mountains, and town in the valley were beautiful.

Comfortable location, friendly staff and cozy room. The is one particular thing - don’t forget to put out the message outside of your room that you would like it to be clean. Otherwise they wont clean.

Hotel Be Place is a luxurious hotel that is worth staying. The staff are very friendly and the place is beautiful. The room I stayed at had a jacuzzi and sauna. I enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it to everyone.

We would like to express our dissatisfaction with the insufficient involvement of the reception staff in solving problems and misunderstandings regarding the reservation. Namely, it is quite clear that we booked and paid for 2 double rooms with breakfast for 4 people at the prices that were on the Booking website. That's what it said on the reservation confirmation. It is not clear to us why the same confirmation also states that it is about 2 double rooms and 2 people, which is certainly contradictory. We have established with Booking that it was their technical error. Asking to pay extra for 2 more people is not fair to say the least and not in line with the reputation of your hotel, which we rated with a clean 10. We regret that, because of the above, we will no longer be your guests, even though we have been your guests before this problem. The Šakotić family

We didn’t realize it was an 35 min uphill hike from the train station. If you have bags to haul use a taxi or rent a car like we eventually did.

It was clean and had an outstanding breakfast buffet. We should have reserved a room with a view however because the views were awesome. Staff was friendly and spoke English.
