The shower was not working correctly, there was a broken shower cabinet and water temperature was difficult to regulatee.

The rooms are a bit old but functional. The view is marvellous; if you have Lakeview, the other side looks like a busy road.

Bed was really uncomfortable. The mattress was very soft. The shower cubicle was very small, but adequate for slim people

A romantic position for sunset dinners right on the lake (when the weather is good). Staff were kind and helpful even though we struggled with Italian. Perfect position for exploring Lake Maggiore as long as you have a car

Not sure if it had anything to do with the hotel but unfortunately there were some construction works taking place where a jetty was being built. So rather unpleasant waking up a 7am to sound of this. The hotel needs a little bit of TLC, whilst my partner was showering 4 tiles fell off during the shower. Luckily he wasn’t hurt but if it was a child could of been different. However the reaction from the hotel was apologetic

Location is beautiful! We used it as stop point from Switzerland to south of Italy. The restaurant overlooks the lake and is a great place to enjoy some Italian food / wine while taking in the views

The location is not really convenient when you travel on foot like I did. It's on the lake but basically next to a high-speed road, which is actually where the bus dropped me - but that was due to construction works I think. Because of this road it feels like the hotel is a bit stuck in the middle of nowhere, a place where you may have a stop for one night (like I planned to), but not stay for a couple of days. Also it would be great to have separations between the balconies, for now it's almost like sharing yours with everyone on the other balconies.

Overall the room was great, with a balcony just above the lake besides everything needed in a simple single room. Therefore the beach is accessible just downstairs, with even a little jetty to jump from - it's great but it misses a bit the quiteness you might be looking for around this lake as there's a highway just in the back of the hotel. Besides that, the staff is lovely, really helpful and available at all times.

VERY small shower.

I would recommend this for a night if you’re on a road trip. Clean, nice restaurant, descent breakfast. A little far from the center but a nice view of the lake.

The shower door was super narrow and would not shut but not a big issue , the beach was not kept particularly tidy but again not a big problem

Very nice traditional hotel, located perfected on the lake, nice private beach and restaurant serving really good food, room had a balcony which was a nice plus for drying clothes and the owner made sure my motorcycle was parked in direct line of the security cameras, very reasonable priced, was very well taken care of and very friendly staff

The staff was amazing. We traveled with 2 kids and they had all the facilities to entertain and feed them. Thank you! You get what you pay for. For a 1-star hotel is excellent, and the food to die for :)

Room was not vacuumcleaned, we found ants in the room. Bathroom was not clean enough, at our oppinion. Towels were provided only at our arrival, not exchanged for 5 days. Shampoo and soap were also scarse. We can not recommend this hotel. The price is to high for received sevice.

Location is as described. Parking was available most of the time. The view at the lake was nice.

Personel was very rude. They are warning people for drinking too much water during open buffet breakfast. They collected the services before 10:00. (Breakfast is until 10) When we said that we are still having our breakfast he (Mr. Antonio) told that breakfast is finished. He said this with a very rude attitude. Whe we gave him thus as a feedback that this was nit the right attitude he said that "you drank 2 bottle of water. Isn't that enough?". We were schocked. Because 1. We did not drink 2 bottle of water 2. We were 5 persons. We could drink 2 bottle tough. This was quite normal 3. He did not listen us while we are trying to give him feedback. He just said : you drank 2 bottle of water and turned his back and wenr away. 4. We paid 7 euro/person for breakfast as he requested. Breakfast is open buffet. We had the right to drink or eat. 5. This attitude us definitely not acceptable! 6. They are extremely rude 7. Do not go to this hotel 8. This is an awful place
