The bathroom has mould in it, room was not very nice and beds were not very comfortable. The rooms looks much nicer in the photos than in reality.

It was very close to attractions. Place had a lift and it was very quiet as well. Reception kept our luggage after the checkout since our flight was much later.

The stairs and lift were not cleaned up. Also the hygiene in the bathroom was not satisfying - had some bad smells. The room needs lots of maintenance, example the window of the room did not close properly and had tape while the painting had major humidity stain, stains and other scratches too.

Use of lift and 3 doors for safety. Friendly staff and also room was spacious. The location is great, 20-30 mins away from city center.

Bathroom was covered by mold (no ventilation) upon arrival, cleaned upon request. Room not ventilated enough, strange smell, also from bathroom. The bed was very hard, old matrace. Fridge not working. Some bulbs not working, main light flashing after some minutes. The walls are not soundproof. Very low cost maintenance, only fixing the necessities.

The bathroom/toilet smells really bad from time to time and you can find hairs there. The hotel is a whole flat of an old building, then sometimes there is a lot of noise.

The place is near to several tourist locations and the Termini Station. The beds and pillows really help after a long day. You can find several food options on the same street.

No WiFi as advertised. Reported it to reception staff 3 times no action was taken. No connection could be made for 4 days. Error said Wrong Password which staff ignored. Water goes Everywhere in The shower. The bed mattress was like sleeping on a rock pebble beach and the pillow like a brick. Would not recommend.

The minibar in my room only served as decoration, it didn't work. Taking a shower without flooding the bathroom was challenging, and the solution seems simple and cheap, all they had to do was buying a plastic curtain that touched the floor, a few centimeters longer. Adjusting the water temperature, including the sink, also requires some skill and patience.

Simple, but functional hotel. Very close to Termini metro, bus and train station, it is easy to reach any point in the city by these means of transport, including the airport. Several restaurants and grocery stores in the same street and surrounding areas, and also shops to buy souvenirs.

The bathroom was the main problem, even though everything was functional, the shower is designed very poorly (the curtain doesn't really have a purpose, it doesn't really block the water from spilling everywhere.) The walls could use a little paint-over but it's not a big issue. All of this would be okay if the price was lower, but with the price they charge they could put in some effort into making it look a bit nicer and fixing the shower situation.

The location was really good, close to the metro/bus station and the city centre. They gave us an early check in, which was nice. The room was very clean when we arrived.

The toilet didn’t flush properly. It was impossible to not get the bathroom floor wet and the shower hook was broken so you had to hold the shower hose. The shower curtain was a bit unhygienic. The bed was comfortable enough but a bit squeaky.

Regrettably, the shower's compact size posed a significant inconvenience. Closing the curtain often resulted in water spilling onto the toilet area, creating an unhygienic and uncomfortable situation.

The pillows gave us a bit of a neck pain... and the mattresses wasn't that much comfy with little to nun back support. The mini bar fridge did not work.

Reception is not 24 hours, but I requested from the owner to wait for us as our flight was delayed and that we really appreciated it. You're 2 blocks away from the main railway in Rome, and it's quite with no disturbance. It's walking distance to all main attractions except for the vatican city, you can ways enjoy the beautiful view of the city when walking down to the vatican.

First and main thing is the price. I don't think that something like this should cost more than 20 EUR per night. It's basically a cheapest thing you can find. Inner yard, 5th floor, old building, bad condition of the entrance hallway, room in scratches and finally a Mold in a bathroom. As a bonus, some ants ans bugs. Typically I would never stay in a place like that, it's just prices of the accomodations are insane.

It was the cheapest option to stay for a few nights close to Termini, which was crucial for my trip. Host was nice and showed how everything works. It was kinda clean and mattress was okay.

That they put us twin bed and gave us two beds together. also the beds were really hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom was very small and all the water get out of the shower and the floor always was wet.
