The rooms had marble floors, modern bathroom, sliding doors to a large balcony with table and chairs and even a washing line, plus sliding door mosquito nets which are very effective. Very quiet, hardly any noise from traffic. Security is excellent with a key to the gate to enter the front yard, and the same key for the door to the stairs, then a key to the second floor rooms, and a key for the individual room. Bus stop right at the door, frequent buses, never waited more than 15 mins, normal 5-10 mins, just takes 8-12 mins to town centre and 15-20 mins to the main stadium. It is also just 100-200 metres from the main autostrada to the airport which takes less than 10 minutes by car. The beach is 5 mins walk away, lovely fine sand, and the sea water temperature at end September is about 25-26C There is a super pizzeria 50 metres away with varied good pizzas of all sizes, open till 10.30pm and a traditional bakery opposite with wholemeal bread (integrale). In the street behind at 200 metres is a good supermarket, called Piu, with lovely fresh food. Melissa, the owner is very friendly, as is her husband. The breakfast is amazing, on a balcony, with cereal, freshly cooked eggs, ham, cheese, tomatoes, yoghurt, freshly ground coffee or tea,fruit juice, and amazing cakes baked by Melissa, with her special recipe of low fat and moist. Also extra bottles of water.

Everything was excellent!

First of all the owner, his wife and they staff were excellent! My mum and brother had a vacation there, on the way to the accommodation they lost in the city but the owner was so helpful and tried everything to help them! Big thanks!!! The Oasi is so close to the beach, which is so clean and beautiful. Shops and restaurants so close too. The room was sparkling clean and tidy. The breakfast was tasty,you can find your own taste from the buffet. The lady baked every morning delicious muffins. I really recommend to choose this place if you want a great holiday!

“I stayed at Oasi for 18 days while on a work trip. Edoardo and Marisa were wonderfully welcoming and always available over message if I had any questions. They also kindly picked me up from the airport and were flexible with check-in and check-out and overall made my trip smoother in any way they could. The area is safe and calm with a 5-minute walk to the beach, the bus to Pescara stops in front of the house (make sure to get TUAbruzzo app for the bus tickets if you don’t have coins) and e-scooters everywhere also made going places easier. I felt very cared for, grazie mille!”

Great location, about 5-7 minutes walking from the beach. Beds were comfortable and room was very nice. Bathroom was big. Breakfast was delicious!

The owners are very nice and caring people. We were picked up and driven to the airport. Delicious breakfasts served in a nice atmosphere, all fresh. Clean rooms, lockable. Great place for a short visit to Pescara :)

The only things I would change are locks on doors of the room and maybe thicker walls so I dont need to listen to neighbouring apt.

Small and cozy apartments. They had all the things you needed for staying... Comfy bed, closets, hairdryer, fresh towels. Hosts were super nice and even when there was language barrier, we managed to agreed on everything via translators. Huuuge breakfasts and also tasty. For few nights stays this place is perfect.

The most wonderful hosts I have ever met! They make sure you don't leave hungry in the morning with the amazing breakfast and homemade cupcakes and treats. Everything was perfect. The room was spacious, nice, and clean with a huge balcony. Only 10mins of walking from room there was a very nice beach and right in front of the accommodation there was a bus stop with direct connection to the Pescara centre. Mrs. Marisa made us excellent breakfast every day and delicious muffins for a snack. Both of the hosts were very friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot, we enjoyed our stay very much! 😊

That was great stay. Our hosts were so nice and hospitable. Every morning excelent breakfast served with smile and good mood of the hosts. Room was clean and nice. Place is awesome, near by the beach - 5-10 minutes walking distance. Bus stop directly in front of the apartment - you can easily get to the city center within 10 minutes direct bus ride. I recommend!

AC in room kept switcing off.

The hosts, both Marisa and Eduardo, are very helpful and freindly. Continental breakfast was ready when we got up and both the quantity and quality was good. Tea kept coming as requested. The pastries are home made and super good. With a bus stop next to the main door its easy to travel to City Centre or train station. Even though there is no Elavator / Lift, its only a couple of stairs to go up.

Pleasantly surprised by the hospitality of the hotel owner. Although I do not know Italian, Marisa was understandable, friendly and polite. The room has everything you need, coffee and goodies are served.
