Excellent house owner, she was so kind and very interested. The place was quite silent, the breakfast was in a coffee which is very famous and popular in that area. She offered me coffee, orange juice and water as complimentary. Thank you for this great accommodation experience. She put everything you would need even these stuffs are not given when I stayed 4 stars hotel 1 day before.

The hostess was a lovely lady who was very helpful - she let me leave my bag before check in and gave me coupons for breakfast at a nearby cafe, showed me how to take the bus to the metro, gave me fruit juices, bottles of water, apples. She even came with me to the cafe to get my two breakfast coupons exchanged for a sandwich. A very generous and kind lady. The location was also walking distance to the Vatican.

The location is great. It is walkable to the Vatican City and a few main attractions in the city. The area is safe. The host is very kind. She allowed us to check in late as our train was delayed. Would definitely recommend!

Comfy room in a cozy, freshly restored apartment. Located in a quiet good neighborhood, some 10' walk from the Metro A line. Concetta is a wonderful host, very clean and helpful. Wholeheartedly advised, will return again!

The breakfast was in fact a ticket to a nearby restaurant and it included only 1 croissant and 1 cappuchino per person every day. They provided only sweet croissants and since we stayed for a week so we got a little bit fed up with nutella. However, Concetta makes up for everything :)

Concetta, the hostess, was extremely welcoming and helpful throughout the entire stay. She does not speak English at all but she does perfectly well with her mobile google translator :) She tidied our room every day, even though we did not ask for it. She also provided us with anything we asked during our stay. It was absolutely perfect. The area is great too, 15 min walk to Vatican City, about an hour of relaxing walk to see Fontanna di Trevi, Pantheon and other sites. You can also take a bus which is 20 metres away. Plenty of restaurants and mini markets around, so you have everything you need right at your fingertips. The hostess also provided us with fresh bottles of cold water - every day... She is honestly the cutest Lady. Thanks again!

The host. Extremely nice and kind. She made sure my stay would be comfortable. When I arrived, she welcomed me with a couple of bottles of chilled water and showed me hands-on how the gate and room keys worked. She then even walked with me to the nearby bar where I could get a free breakfast the following morning. The room was elegantly set up and had strong internet signals.

The host is very nice, she did everything for our stay to be great, she even join us to the supermarket and back. The room (with private bathroom) is very clean, spacious and nice. You have everything you need in the bathroom. The place has a balcony and a common kitchen.

The breakfast was not that good Altho it is near the Vaticane, the walk there is not 10 minutes, but around 20 It misses a sign to show where to knock or ring at the outside of the building
