Little noise from the street, but that is like general low quality of soundproof of the windows in Italy. I could hear my neighbors, who decided to prepare hot beverage quite late at the night.

Super nice owner, we could check in little bit sooner. We had all information we needed and communication was clear and fast. Place is nice, if you plan only to sleepover in your room, there is nothing you could miss. Good quality for price.

Coffee in kitchen (it isn't obvious in many places), very clean. Good for 1-2 nights, we have perfect stay for one night before our flight. Bus stop to airport is really close.

The sound insulation of the building was not good, so it might comes noise from other room.

Everything was great, the host is so kind and helpful, and he really made sure that our stay will be comfortable and nice. The location is very good, we walked our way around town and also to the beach without feeling tired, and right next to it, you'll find Deliciós, a perfect place to eat and have drinks.

The walls and doors are very thin so you can hear everything your neighbors are talking about or what someone is doing in the common area. I believe the gas boiler in our bathroom was also making hot water for the next room, so if any of the neighbors were using hot water, the boiler made noise in our room.

This apartment is good for a few nights (2-3), I think a longer stay can be tiring. I am very pleased with the check in, stay and check out informations sent by the host - everything was accurate so everything was easy to find. The room has soundproof windows, so you can shut out the traffic noise. The room was very clean, there is air conditioning and a fridge. In the common area you can find plates and cutlery, disposable cups, kettle, coffee maker, tea, coffee. Everything was in accordance with the offer.

How fast and easy everything was. Apartment had a great location, 5minutrs walk from the beach. Nice bakery just around the corner, a supermarket in 5minutes walk. I was able to sleep, and have a good time.

Floor in the shower could use a better cleaning (Room 3). It is a bit loud from the road even though windows are double glassed. But these are really minor things, overall it was a really nice stay.

The price to quality ratio was really good. Excellent communication. Easy to find parking spot nearby. Good location, free coffee and tea are perfect for people leaving early. Fridge in the room also available.

Perhaps please add some shampoo. Mattress a bit too thin and soft for my taste but still OK. In general, very good place.

Very clean and comfy room and bathroom. Hanger in the room so you can wash and dry your swimming costume. Fridge in the room and coffee/kettle at the entrance for morning breakfast. Easy self check in and check out. Location near to bus stop from/to Airport (buy all your tickets, also the return ones, , at the self ticketibg machine at the airport). Location nearby restaurants and pizzerias, supermarkets (Nonna Lia) and beach (5-10 min walking).

The location of the room is very brilliant. It is just 10minutes walking from the beach and around 30 minutes from Alghero city center. The room is simple furnished but we had everything what we needed for 2 night stay.

The place absolutely met what I expected.

Everything was perfect, clean room with it's own bathroom, reality exactly the same as on the photos. The propietor was very helpful, when we arrived, he showed us everything and gave ud the keys.But no problem to pick up the keys from the box and do the self check-in. Because we didn't rent a car, we appreciated the bus stop nearby (both Arst public transport and Beach bus), nearby was also great pasticceria, pizzeria, supermarkets and city beaches. Nice walk to the centre by the sea. I would recomend this place for sure.

The location is near to the train station but it is a very good walk into the town.

The room was big and clean. It faced onto the road and was a bit noisy at night, but not overly so. The Lido beach was only a few blocks away.

The street is quite noisy even though we had closed all the windows.

We had our flight cancelled at last minute so we had to find acommodation for one more night in Alghero. It was 10pm so we were glad for the "self service check in".
