This is our second time staying here. The hosts are wonderful, parking is free and just outside the front door and you are 5 min or less drive to Montepulciano ; excellent choices for breakfast

Unfortunately, the local power grid wouldn’t allow air conditioning to be installed in the BnB so on warm nights the windows, without screens, needed to be opened which let in mosquitos.

Nadia, our host, was wonderful, kind, friendly and an excellent baker and breakfast server. The property settled in vineyards and an olive grove, had a great view of the vineyards and of Montepulciano from its balconies with the city being just a short 5 minutes drive up the hill.

There was really nothing to not like.

The hospitality was beyond anything we had experienced. Nadia was warm and extremely helpful. She even helped us with a personal courier service. Besides that the breakfast was exceptional for such a Reasonable price 👏 the property was super clean and views breathtaking.

Nice big room in this family-run villa (small hotel) and an excellent view of the neighboring ancient walled city that we visited for dinner and the next day, only 5 minute drive away. The kids loved the cats around the property as an additional bonus. The breakfast was excellent and generous number of items with wide variety to choose from

The room had no air conditioning. But we did not need it, because it was not too hot that day and the house has thick walls keeping the heat more or less outside.

It's close to Montepulciano but I think it would be difficult to walk because there is no walking street. With the car no problem.

A car is needed. It can be reached by public transit, but the walk from the bus stop was just that little bit longer than wanted (we picked up our car our first morning, so only the arrival was by bus).

Like living in a farm house in the Tuscan countryside. The breakfast area was spacious and well decorated. Most of the rooms have excellent views, and balconies. Our room was spacious, with an armoire and a desk, The breakfast was our best in Italy, with numerous options available (chosen the night before), and everything was top quality (charcuterie, cheeses, home made pastries). Breakfast service was personal and delightful. The wild boars seen while returning one evening were a bonus o:)

Can't think of a thing to make the stay better, except the weather.

The location was perfect, just minutes from Montepulciano, with ripe grapes hanging from the vineyard, and olive trees behind the house. On-site free parking. the breakfast was all you could ask for. You fill out a sheet of paper with various suggestions (fruit, home-baked cake, croissant, cereal, tea/coffee, juice, etc.) and she brought each person their choices to the table in the breakfast room. It was chilly one night, and the owner brought a comforter from home for us. It was a delightful stay away from the bustle of the city.

Nothing was there to dislike. We will definitely stay here again if in the area and recommend it to friends.

The property was spotless and the inn keeper was most helpful with suggesting restaurants near by and by also accommodating my wife's dietary issues in preparing food she could eat for breakfast . While it is five minutes away from downtown area it was very easy to find
