It is in an old building so things are a bit noisy. We can hear the footsteps on the room above us.

18mins walk to coliseum, 5mins walk to train station, 10mins walk to bus station. Shower working okay. Bed is comfortable. Also, Ricardo is very nice and helpful!

Broken shower, creaky doors. It was hard to find a hotel's location. Advice: it's in in the 1st entrance from the left (if to look at the building from the park, just check the plates on the door).

Too old building and dont smell good. Bathroom is too old as well. 2 different rooms had a door in the wall and can hear everything from other room.

The room tends to get a bit noisy - you can hear sounds from the street (subway, cars etc.) and from the other room too. We had nice neighbors with similar bedtime/wake up time and just for one night, so it was good, but we heard everything from their room and if they were loud, it would be worse. There wasn't enough hot water for both of us to get a quick shower and water pressure was quite low but I imagine it is a general problem of the building, not the B&B's fault.

We were looking for conveniently located budget friendly place to stay in Roma and we got exactly that. Check-in was alright. Our room was big and clean, equipped with TV. Bed was okay, too. We got enough clean towels. The bathroom (private but external) was clean, there was soap, hairdryer. Common area with big fridge and kitchen was accessible in the B&B. Our host was kind. Location is truly great! We loved the typical Italian breakfast. It was provided in a cosy cafe just around the corner. The place had exceptionally good coffee and homemade brioches. A lot of locals got their breakfast there everyday so we loved the atmosphere, too. Overall I highly recommend this place for travellers who want to explore Roma from central location on budget and need a place to stay at for the night. It is a good place to sleep at, you can easily walk to Colloseum and other monuments, beautiful basilica S. Maria Maggiore is just steps away.

Apartment is located near the dirty pubs. Photos of the apartment are from one room (there are two rooms and our room was not as nice as is shown in the pictures). Bathroom is not in the room but in the corridor.

This apartment is close to city center (about 10-15 min.) and metro is 2 min. away. Host is nice. Free beer, wine or cakes in the kitchen.

The kitchen was unfortunately very dirty und not equipped for cooking. There wasn’t even a sponge for cleaning the dishes. All cupboards were filled with garbage like old plastic bags or dirty rags The host seemed to be a bit confused and communicating in English was quite difficult. We chose this apartment because we read all the positive recommendations. We had a totally different experience and could not share the before mentioned.

Our room was very big with private fridge and bathroom. The host was kind and available through what’s app. The apartment is in walking distance (16 min) of the Colosseum

No soap at bathroom even though it is covid period. Or no slippers, had to walk barefoot or everytime put my sneakers on to go to the bathroom(the bathroom being in the hallway.

Was very cold. Breakfast is in kiosk outside appartment. Also cold. Ordered coffe and donut, and juice after that. Upon leaving he charged us 12 eur, for... small cups of juice? He said its not part of breakfast so not included. Dont call yourself B and Breakfast if you are offering coffe and old donuts. And pictures are not accurate.

Owner was very welcoming, met us after check in hours. Appartment is near metro. Just across the park.
