Rita and her husband have a true sense of hospitality. Everything at San Francesco is done to make you feel great. Breakfast especially is a treat, everything homemade by Rita's husband, from focaccia to torta di miele. It is really home away from home. Thank you both for a wonderful stay.

The bed and breakfast was great for our 3 night stay to attend a wedding in the area. The room was comfortably sized, the breakfast freshly made by Rita and her husband was wonderful and it is located in a quiet idyllic area.

Rita is the best host who makes you feel at home and at the same time gives you an opportunity to sense Italian tradition and culture. We had a cozy room with and home-made breakfast was delicious! B&B San Francesco has a perfect location to explore Toscana region, just an hour drive from Florence, 30 min from Piza, Lucca and 1h30min from Siena. In Butti there are a lot of restaurants where you can taste traditional Italian food. The wifi was not always stable there but as we were on holidays, we used this opportunity to really enjoy the Toscany experience and we had an unforgettable time!

Our accomodation in Bed and Breakfast San Francesco was very good. The room was big enough for our family, 4 persons. The room was very clean and cosy. Rita and her husband are very nice, kind and helpfull. The breakfast was delicious, especially the home made products made by Rita's husband. We are highly recomanding Bed and Breakfast San Francesco.

Rita and Giorgio received us very well, they are very attentive and affectionate people. My son turned 3 during our stay and they made a cake and made a gift to him, which made us immensely happy and grateful. The accommodation is in a very quiet and beautiful town, with easy access to other cities in Tuscany. Our stay was very pleasant. And the breakfast is excellent!

Our stay at B&B San Francesco in Buti absolutely exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious and pleasing. Rita was an incredible host, not just friendly, but helpful too. And the breakfast was the best, with homemade focaccia and torta. We would surely recommand to our friends!

there was nothing not to like it was brilliant

Rita and her husband were amazing nothing was to much we went for a wedding and they dropped us off took us to and from the airport and they were amazing with my little boy taking him to go collect the fresh chicken eggs for breakfast in the morning. I can’t thank them enough for an amazing stay if we was to ever visit again for sure we’d be staying here

Nothing, really perfect !

Everything: accommodation is excellent, Rita the host is so friendly, the breakfast is exceptional (with various homemade cakes, pizzas... on top of classical complete continental breakfast with scrambled eggs, fruits, etc.). The location is perfect for visiting the region, as right in the center between Pisa, Lucca, Pontedera, Pistoa and Vinci (Leonardo museum) Free parking !

Everything was absolutely perfect. Rita is a great host and able to help with anything. She upgraded us to a huge room! The coffee and breakfast was delicious. The food in all the town was great. This was a perfect stop to stay to see some of Tuscany.

Very cute B & B situated between a cafe and a restaurant (I went to both for breakfast and dinner and it was good). Was warmly met by Rita. She was very informative and helpful in what to do and where to eat. My room was quite large and beautifully decorated. Very clean as well! I only enjoyed breakfast one morning there but it was quite the spread!! Rita’s husband who is retired made a lot of the bread and pastries himself! Everything was delicious!!! And for just 5€, you can’t beat that!! Located in the cute town of Buti, you’re about 30 minutes from Lucca and Pisa and about an hour away from Viareggio which is a beautiful beach along the Tuscan coast!! Only an hour from Florence as well. I definitely enjoyed my stay there!!!

Great parking, right behind the b&b. The breakfast and room were amazing. The hostess (Rita) was super friendly and gave good ideas on what to visit. In 4 days you can go seaside, Firenze, Pisa, Lecco and visit/walk the mountain(s). Therefore the location is super. Also the restaurants in Buti are good.

Having no previous experience with B&B, this was a very pleasant first experience. The owner was very kind and caring, and she prepared breakfast ( with her husband :) every morning - we even got to taste her cake. In the adjacent building you will find a cafe on one side and a restaurant on the other.

- It would be great to receive some information on the parking spot before arrival, because its location is not obvious and it is quite difficult to park elsewhere - There is a restaurant below and if you are unlucky it may be very loud in the night

- Fantastic breakfast - especially fresh croissants and home-made pizza & focaccia - Good starting point for visiting Pisa and Lucca (but there is little to do in the town itself) - Very friendly host
