Exceptionally aesthetic, and clean. The interior design is top of the line. The beds and the appliances are all to the top standards! The service was available whenever we needed it Close to good cafes, restaurants and shops

Trying to work out which of the three keys opened which door.

We had to change our booking as plane was delayed in Rimini until the following day and Andrea accommodated that and even gave us an upgrade to a Junior Suite. Where the taxi transfer were advised and still sent their driver at midnight over four hours after original arrival time and would not transfer to the next day. Never again. Well done Pleys…….

You have to wait a few minutes for the hot water to flow. The room lock could be replaced with a new one. Minibar is a bit noisy. The bathroom floor is very cold. However, it's still a very good accommodation.

Great location, simple online check-in, possibility of daily cleaning, quite hard mattress:-)

Great location, within walking distance from the main attractions. Room was spacious and staff was helpful. For breakfast and coffee in the area recommend Evacoffee (instead of Antico)

Perfect location, very central, only a 15 min drive from the airport and only a 5 min walk from a car park. Check in was super easy, with all details provided before arrival and the room was nice, clean and modern with a small balcony to sit out. Would recommend!

The loo leaked a tiny bit with an attendant gentle whiff. Andrea said thanks for letting him know. Just a really good, city centre bolt hole.

Andrea is a great chap, helpful and friendly. We normally stay in boutique hotels, this was an absolutely perfectly good room for one night before we flew back to the UK next morning. No room view except into someone's internal, private, tiled 'back yard' courtyard. no issue with that. For £96 a night what do you want. loved the big, good quality bed. Nice shower. All good and clean. He ordered a taxi for us the next morning. Happy wife, happy life.

An amazing and wonderful place to enjoy your stay in Cagliari. The hotel was in a very quiet and beautiful area, very close to restaurants or to the old center. The room was very clean and the access it is very easy just using some code provided by the staff. The communication with the reception was top notch even before our arrival at the accommodation. The room was cleaned every day which is a big plus from other hotels. 100% when I come back to Cagliari, we will stay there again. Grazie

Fridge / mini bar is not cool enough. For us travelling as a family, it would have been more convenient to have a proper mini fridge instead.

The hotel was right next to the St. Rémy Bastion which is worth going to go see. It was also really close to the city and therefore many restaurants and bars to choose from. The host sent us a message regarding where to park because parking in front is impossible as it’s a pedestrian street. The parking is about an 8 minute walk and only 9€ for 24h parking, so really not far away!

Right in the city center but still very quiet. It’s located in a beautiful old building, well air conditioned and very tasteful interior. Super comfy beds. It’s a great place that we can definitely recommend.
