We were not prepared for the fact that there were mosquidos in our room.

In 15 min walking distance you arrive in the city center so we liked the location a lot. You have the bus and the train in walking distance that both go to the city and train station.We left our car there as you are not allowed to enter inside the city walls.Dont forget to visit Siena and San Gimignano.In Siena we had the best Gelato in Toscana:)

The bathroom was clean but a bit smelly. For those with sleeping problems: there’s traffic noise all over the night.

The location is very good, 10 minute walk to Mercato Centrale. The bedroom was clean and the bed was comfy. Self checkin was easy.

Room size was smaller than expected. Limited size to handle your big luggage inside, but still manageable.

Room was clean, new and neat. We were able to check in early, they also provide luggage keeping services if you reach early. Host was very fast responsive. neat stay for family. Good connectivity to city centre and other monuments. Bus and Tram stations are near by.

Black mould all over the shower which would easily be removed if cleaned properly. Other than that the place was clean so seems weird this is being ignored.

Unfortunately, during the nights, when the window was open, there was excessive noise from outside due to passing vehicles.

We were pleased with the room cleanliness and its spaciousness. The en-suite bathroom in the room was small but clean and comfortable. We were satisfied with the neighborhood it was situated in. It's conveniently located within walking distance to the Florence Cathedral.

Half our room had no power, have to ask for aircon to be on, barely any lights. Also don’t rely on it having a kitchen only fridge and microwave

We stayed during some really hot days and the air con in our room didn’t seem to cool the room down much.

There’s nothing I’d complain about the property, particularly. If I had to though, I’d probably say the lighting in the room is a bit dark. However, this was because the building has an extremely high ceiling, which is brilliant but means trying to light up the whole place can be difficult.

The person I communicated to, Davide was very helpful and friendly. He responded to my messages even when it was late at night. I had to check in late but it was not a problem to the host at all. The location was perfect. Close to the centre of attractions in Florence and to the main train station.

Beautiful room in a beautiful old building. Good wifi. Very comfortable, clean and quiet (despite a little traffic outside) 12min walk from main train station. Fab place around the corner called The Social Club for breakfast/lunch and a rooftop bar for drinks with an amazing view of the city at night. Good value with a very helpful host. We felt very safe walking around the local area and only a 15min walk to all main attractions.

No lift, though this was explained. Unfortunately with the windows open the sound of the traffic below is quite loud. So if there’s a very hot night and are advised not to run the AC through the night you won’t sleep well if you have the windows open.

The apartment itself was nice. High ceilings gave the room a spacious feel.

As our room was next to the kitchen - we could hear early guests talking while having breakfast.

The room was cozy with very comfortable bed. It is nice and quiet from the outside noise. The location is 15 mins walk from the center of the city. Although the bathroom could be updated it was overall clean.

Consider that is necessary to pay 5,5 EUR / day / person as a city Tax. And you can pay it only by cash. The owner is very stressed about colecting the Tax (he wrote me 3 times asking at what time do I come home, without mentioning why he needed so badly to meet me). They changed the towels only at the fourth day, even through they said that every 2 days they are being changed. But they mentioned that you can change them more often if you pay for the service. Even though they have automatic check-in, they insist that you can do it only until 10pm...

Located between the train station and the city centre. So you can walk easily both ways. Many blanckets (în the spring it can be chilly at night). Common kitchen with plates, forks, glasses... Where you can also boil water. They let us leave the luggage there for a few hours after check-out so we could enjoy more the city.

The old plumbing system causes unpleasant smell everytime the toilet is flushed.

The room is clean, well ventilated and spacious. Everything is provided. Location is good, closed to tram station with tram route straight from the airport, a good short walk from the city center. The neighborhood is pretty quiet. The staff and landlord is friendly.

Absolutely incredible stay. The room is big, as well as the bathroom. It's close to the sights of Florence and a main train station. The hosts were very warm and made sure we had everything we need. Clean both inside our room and common areas. The check in/check out was very smooth.

Some dust in "hidden" places and no lamps on the ceiling (but there were enough lamps to compensate that). Bathroom is kinda tight.

Great place to stay for the price. Mostly everything was good, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was very pleasant and not far from the center.
