-First of all, we had a very nice welcome by Antonio. -The common area and the rooms are furnished very nicely in a mix of "old and modern" and the view was indeed amazing. -The old town, bars and restaurants are very close (you stay at "Bellini Place"), but it can get a little bit loud at night. -The room service guy was also very nice :)!

The other rooms were a bit noisy at night, but it’s nothing to do with the managers of the accommodation. I’m an early sleeper/ early riser and the neighbors were apparently night owls, but I guess that’s fine, just that the walls we shared were pretty thin. Nothing major.

It was extremely spacious and clean! I got a proper sized room with a king size bed just for myself! The owner was super helpful, texted me in advance to let me know how to get there from the station, explained everything, helped me with my luggage, and even came back to fix my air con, as it was malfunctioning. It was fixed within 15 minutes! Awesome place, beautiful view and extra friendly staff! It’s also at a great location with many things to see close by!

Having access to a small fridge or iron would have been nice.

The property is located in the scenic Bellini square with a fantastic view of Mt. Vesuvius and a side sea view as well. The room itself was simple and rustic – the original 17th century ceiling was really cool to look at. The property manager is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.

I hope the money I paid for the room will be used for renovation. We got a terrible room, mold in the bathroom, dirty walls, dirty bedding, and smelly towels welcomed us. Only the view was nice. After I mentioned that the room was terrible, we were able to switch to another room, which wasn't better but not tragic either. Everything from the other room could be heard. I don't recommend it, stay away if possible.

After checking out, they allowed us to leave our suitcases in the lobby.

Nothing really to be honest

Best location in Napoli! Old town city center,easy walk everywhere and best part is that Piazza Bellini is buzzing neighborhood at night, so you don't have to go anywhere to grab a bite or drink, especially if you are going with a kid as we did . Owner was also super flexible, best recommendations for this place!!

I have been to Napoli before and Bellini square is one my favourite places. So finally stay here , it was something unique. I have to say the view was magical , I woke up early to enjoy the sunrise . So the view and the location is superb !! The room was beautifully decorated. I really liked the wooden roof.

We found the whole stay quite uncomfortable as the walls are SO thin that we felt like we were sharing a room with the strangers next door; we could hear them talk, cough, watching tv. This made us feel really self conscious about even talking!

Bed throw was clearly very dirty which made you think about how clean everything else was. Shower not very powerful plus could hear other rooms going’s on. Bed was a bit hard for us but personal choice.

Situated on Bellini square so good tourist area to stay. Great view with big balcony doors and good sound proofing of noisy square below when doors are closed.

The walls were very, very thin (I even heard my room neighbour whisper). Also, there is no staff in sight - only communication had was via booking's app. There were no keys either, instead the door is opened through a very sketchy link. Very, very impersonal experience that feels way too rushed for the price you actually pay

Checkin is a bit confusing. I figured it out but it would be good to have a video of how to get to the room & use the website. I figured it out but ran into some people trying to Check-in who were stressed and struggling a lot.

The view is incredible. Lots of stairs to climb but definitely worth it. Room was very clean, quiet and comfortable.

Batteries in the remote were banged up and overhead, then the tv didn't work, messaged to ask someone to come look at it, never did. The mini fridge didn't work. The signage needs to be larger and not to be confused with the Piazza Bellini hotel a few doors up. Entrance is through a gate and located on the top floor. If the gate is closed and you just arrived,you have no access unless someone lets you in. If you manage to get to the top floor with no key, you have no access again to enter the main door unless someone unlocks it again. Your keys are then hanging in the bedroom door waiting for you.

Room is clean, the view is fantastic. Aircon+
