No breakfast ...which was not clear on booking.com and no tea/coffee making facility even. Mattress cover was old and worn in need of replacement.

Excellent location for an overnight stay before a flight. Large rooms full of character. Bedroom led onto a little communal garden area which was an unexpected bonus.Bathroom and shower were perfect. Very friendly and helpful staff who arranged for a taxi to the airport for us next morning. Taxi was cheaper than the bus (16 euros) bus was 10 euros each because of city tax. Cafe opposite for meals.....policeman even stopped the traffic for us to cross the road!

My husband and I stayed at Bella Onda the night before we flew out of Marco Polo Airport and it was a perfect location. We took a taxi for 24 euros from Venezia Mestre and the next morning walked about 15 minutes to the airport from the guest house. When we arrived at Bella Onda after a day of travel it was nice to go for a walk on the walking path near the guest house and then we had a delicious dinner at a restaurant located about a 5 minute walk from the guest house. We would definitely stay here again.

No option to even boil water in a kettle. No laundry? No luggage rack to open luggage on. No screen on windows.

Easy to get to by taking 5 bus from Venice towards the airport, and getting off at Triestina Tessera. A few food options nearby. Has the benefit of walking or taking bus to airport (10 min walk, I don't recommend this if you have big luggage as a large part of the road does not have a sidewalk). Good for a one night stay. Wifi was fast and strong. Bed was comfy enough. No fridge or hot water kettle or microwave available, just FYI. Rooms seemed newly renovated. Clean floors throughout. Size was larger than some of the other hot rooms in Europe, with plenty space to open up luggage on the floor. No luggage rack. Staff was a bit abrupt but directions for self check in were clear and self explanatory.

On the booking.com site, they advertise coffee and (breakfast, provided you give them notice before a certain time). So i made the non-refundable reservation on booking.com. When I got there, 15 minutes after they close (7 p.m.) office hours I was informed that they have neither coffee or breakfast available. If you advertise something on a non-refundable site, by God, you better deliver! No screens on the windows. Bugs came in the room when I opened them for fresh air and to ventilate the hot stuffiness out out of the room when I first took occupancy.

The facilities were clean and comfortable. Most of the staff were very pleasant.

Close to the airport (suitable for late night arrivals), and easily and cheaply accessible to Venice by public transportation. The check-in experience is smooth and the staff are super helpful!

Beds a little squeaky, light traffic noise obvious but not enough to worry us.

We were travelling from Verona to fly out the next day and Tessera is one bus stop away from the airport. Caught train to San Lucia crossed over bridge to Piazza Roma and caught a bus to Tessera. (Buy tickets at the bus stop kiosk). Get off at Tessera the Guest house is a five minute walk. Excellent resturant across the road. We had Room 2 on the ground floor, keypad lock. Room was really comfortable. felt recently refurbished. Beds (3 singles) were comfortable. Bathroom large, shower hot. We did not explore the area.

Beatiful big and clean rooms. Very close to airport, but also very close to his stop for trips to the centre of Venice. Cafe and a couple of restaurants next door. And extremely friendly and helpful staff. All we needed for our stay

These are just advisory mentions and not negatives... Double bed made by joining two singles together so there was a dip in middle which was a little uncomfortable if wanting to snuggle up. No coffee or tea making facilities but not a negative as cafe opposite so not an issue for us.

A great stop over between flights. Easy walk from airport. Check in easy and coms via WhatsApp which simplified arrival. Pizza and cafe bar opposite which was great value for money and a nice bottled merlot. Clean, tidy, and all you need for stop over. Lovely reception staff. All welcome and available. Nice layout and additional outside area immaculate. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay a walk from airport.

We checked in after 19:00 which meant a lot e-mailing back and forth. An option to prepare tea/coffee in the room could be nice.
