Great location for those arriving by rental car. Amazing view, great service, excelent facilities (sauna and pool). There are restaurants in the nearest village. About 20 minutes drive from Bellagio.

A bit confusing thermostats, but I could be not used to this type. TV channels are very basic and chromecast didn’t work for iPhone (again could be me). Place is really isolated so this is not necessarily bad thing, but since roads are narrow it takes you very long to reach any bigger city.

Beautiful property with extremely nice backyard and view on lake and mountains, very good communication before and during stay, very pleasant and not intruding. You will find almost everything you need in the apartment and most importantly, one of the most incredible terrace with spectacular view.

It was called Bellagio villas and it wasn’t in Bellagio, in fact it was 22 kms of winding roads to get to Bellagio. My fault I should have looked more carefully at the location on booking. Com. A mistake I wont do again in a hurry! But they should probably rename the complex 🙄 If you don’t mind the drive then well worth booking the complex.

beautiful view with exceptional swimming pool, free parking and only 20 minutes to Bellagio. Exceptional staff Ms Alizee gave us very good tips on where to park our car at Bellagio and how best to get to our destinations.

Probably only thing was distance from attractions

The Views are outstanding the apartment is spacious with plenty of room and a pool to cool off in. In a quiet area of Lake Como and very private. Ricardo was exceptionally great as our daughter got engaged on the lake he organised everything for us 🙌. Very clean and well run we would definitely stay again and or recommend.

Difficult to get provisions and only 1 restaurant regularly open. Ferrys great but few and far between. Difficult if you dont have a car.

Everything was fine!

It was an excellent vacation. The facilities are great (the apartment, the pool and the sauna) and the view is stunning ... at certain times of the day it looks like a picture painted on the wall. Having a reception (even though it's not a hotel) is also worth mentioning. But what really made the difference was the service and the special attention we received from the reception attendant, because when we arrived, I mentioned that we were celebrating 25 years of marriage ... The next day we received a very special gift (thank you very much Alizée).

two quick things, probably not dependent: 1) they could signal where the property is a bit more as it is a bit challenging to find 2) the road to get to them is not the greatest (e.g. please ask the city to pave)

location was excellent, with a terrific view on the lake, a very quiet location that was truly very nice to see the mountains. Also, you could easily walk to the lake and it was still work on it

Very spacious apartment with gorgeous views. Very clean and comfortable. Iron and ironing board which I always appreciate, thank you. Kitchen stocked with everything we needed. A supply of condiments/foil/cling film -again, always appreciated as often required. Lovely warm pool and comfortable loungers. Excellent staff who were very helpful and friendly. If you want privacy, this is not the place for you because you share the pool and pool area with 3 other apartments. The downstairs apartments are right on the shared area so people walking by can see inside.

Great apartment with million dollar view of the lake. Clean, modern, well equipped. Big bedrooms. AC. Amazing service from the property manager who was always available and went above and beyond to be helpful. You can get groceries delivered to your apartment. Kayaks and Sup available for rent just in front of the property. Short walking trail there too. Great stay overall.
