Nothing. Beautiful town, very clean and hospitable hotel with very nice people running it. It had a very nice linen like smell that made you feel good when you walked in.

The breakfast was wonderful. The location was great. The customer service was above standard.

Nothing except the mosquito who joined us (uninvited) to our room overnight. Not the hotel's fault but meant had to wear sunglasses to hide the swollen eye the next morning.

The owner/manager (and rest of staff too actually) were amazing. He let us check in early, leave our bags by reception the day we left and nothing was too much bother. He even showed us the rooftop terrace which was close to being finished - to be kitted out with bar, tables and chairs etc to take advantage of the wonderful view! Hotel was awesome. Felt like it was new (although I think a couple of years old). Breakfast was plentiful and included savories (scrambled eggs) in addition to the traditional Italian breakfast of croissants and cakes. Location was perfect. We had a lovely little private terrace overlooking the back of the castle.

Great location - view of port and just steps from the old city. Great breakfast, a la carte. Very helpful staff, met us near the hotel and rode with us to show us the parking location, then walked us back to the hotel.

Difficult to find if arriving by car. Once you realise you need to drive through what looks like a pedestrian area between cafes to get to the car park it's easy! The bar is really just an area in the foyer.

Very central location just steps from the old town with a nice view across a small park to the sea. Quite windy during our stay so sadly couldn't use the nice furnished balcony. Staff were super helpful. Room was bright and nicely decorated. Breakfast (with some cooked options) was fine. Would definitely return.

Excellent hotel in a fantastic location in beautiful Otranto. Spotlessly clean room with a lovely bathroom complete with a rain shower fit for a 5 star hotel! View from the balcony is stunning. Staff were lovely and very welcoming. Simple breakfast was a nice start to the day. Highly recommended.

The girl on reception when we arrived. I said good evening (in Italian) she said “I will need both your passports” with no smile yet. Rudest welcome we had in Puglia.

Attractive property. Our room was lovely and light and clean. We loved the balcony and view from it. We had a corner balcony and could watch the sun set. Breakfast was good with a large selection from the menu. Great location.comfortable bed.

Noise in the hallway, not too good wall sound isolation. Cleaning service early was cleaning room next to oura and it was noissy. Reception staff nice but with not so much experiance about restorants and working hours. Be aware restorants are not working from 3-7 pm at all.

Great location, nice room, parking in back side of hotel. Breakfast also nice, expected less when I saw room for breakfast service.
