Road works below our room, work started at 7:30 every morning and went on till 18:00. I know its a temporary thing but we were not proactively offered to switch rooms to the other side of the hotel or a free upgrade to compensate the noise. Instead we were offered an upgrade which increased the nightly stay by 50% As off friday evening you get a lot of music and noise from the beach side bars. I would avoid going there with children on a weekend.

Staff were super friendly and nice. I would recommend the hotel if you want to be in the center of town close to the beach and restaurants. Family room was comfortable but the rooms look a bit dated and bathrooms would need modernization.

Bikes should be for free for guests, and not a pay service. 15 euro for rent one day a bike is too much

It was extremly cold in the room and there was no heating.

Very clean, the staff was very nice, breakfasr was ok, location right nect to the beach and in the middle of the famcy shopping boutiques.

Bed was uncomfortable (spring matress where you could feel the springs in your back and shoulders), Wifi doesn't work at all: you have to log in with your personal data which I don't like doing and then it is still not working

Decor is a little bit dated but it all adds to the charm. Wi-Fi access was intermittent.

Aircon in the room could be stronger: some night we felt too warm. At times parking might be a challenge: you definitely find a space, but might need to drive around for it.

Location is amazing: you are 3 min walk to the beach and 3 min walk to all shops and restaurants. The personnel in the hotel are all very professional and friendly, good level of English, able to give advice to all questions I had. Also loved a local art gallery exhibition of the local artists. Not many people are visiting, but we definitely recommend. The local artist Viani was definitely ahead of his time in his works - we loved his art!

The Location is more than perfect! I dont think there is a hotel in forte dei marmi with a better location than this hotel! in the middle of everything! Our room is perfect for a family which is called a family room! there is a room with a double bed and a room with two single beds! it has also a large balcony! had a great time!

Television in the lovely breakfast room, playing music hip-hop videos in the morning. The hum of guests is excellent music on its own; breakfast doesn’t need a visual distracting soundtrack.

The air condtioning wasn't perfect but ok. A safe in the room would have been helfpul.

A retro inspired Italian-riviera vibe, most appropriate for this area. Exceptional location within walking distance to most places of interest. Our room was very large and spacious. The staff were very warm and accomodating and the breakfast was well catered in a lovely environment.

Listed as 2 bedrooms, but it is actually 2 rooms with beds. For 2 bedroom number I would expect some sitting/common area. Dated furniture. We had some issue with AC in master bedroom.

Great location. Close to beach, restaurants, and shops. Street parking included with hotel provided permit. Good European breakfast included. Friendly and always helpful staff.

Room sizes. Very expensive for what you get. Bike hire. Towel hire charged when room is so expensive should all be included.

Location and staff were outstanding. Rooms were tiny we had to request an upgrade as they were not big enough for two people. Superior rooms were beautiful but standard is very claustrophobic and not suitable for two people The kettles don’t work properly no tv. The hotel is expensive for what you get. But your paying for location.
