We were 2 adults with 1 (9 yo) girl and visited Rome for 5 days (4 nights), even if the location is not so close to city center it is close to bus and metro station and you can get easy anywhere you want. The public transportation is very well organized and the "Tap&Go" systems works excellent (you can find details on the net). The host Mr.Elvio is a very sweet person and very eager to help you cover all the landmarks and how to get there easily or how to organize you trip in order to cover the most of it. Room cleaning is done on daily basis. If we'll come back to Rome we would consider to come back here for sure.

A bit dislocated , u need 40-50 mins to get to the center via metro , but the host cannot do anything about that .

Elvio was very friendly and helpful in anything. Metro station was 5 mins away from the apartment . Overall we had great time .

Elvio is a super host. He’s so fun to talk and will go above and beyond to help you. He will provide you with best info to get around the city and the breakfast is super awesome. I still miss the bruschetta with his own olive oil and salt at times. There were very simple things but the stay there made us so happy that I can’t describe it. I loved the fact that his English skills were not the best but he made sure to make us understand what he wanted to say either by googling things or playing Pictionary. God this stay was the best stay across our all of the Italy experience.

The hosts were really nice, and made sure everything was good. They made breakfast and arranged it for us at the time we wanted it. They gave us advice on how to see most of the city in two days, since we didn't stay that long.

If you want to stay at the city center at night, get a taxi to the B&B. Public transportation late at night in this area is not so well organized.

Elvio is the sweetest host you will ever get! He made our stay in Roma really warm and cozy. He gave us a lot of tips and told us nice stories about some of the sightseeings. He prepared for us bruschetta with his amazing self-made olive oil, and we got to taste the delicious self-made yogurt of his wife! Fantastic taste! Made with love! The room and bathroom were perfectly clean, and we got clean towels each day! Elvio gave us a recommendation to eat at Da Nadi, a family restaurant around the corner where rlthey make delicious food. It is far away from the city centre although there is a Metro station 10 minutes away.

It's a charming small B&B with two rooms. Elvio, who currently runs the B&B, was really helpful and attentive to our needs. He let us check in after 10 p.m. He even gave us some bruschetta for breakfast, probably the best ones I've tasted! They also cleaned our room every day and gave us new towels.

The host was very friendly and cooperative. He got up at 5am to make us coffee on our way back. The room and bathroom were very very clean, the bed was really comfortable. It has an easy access to the city centre with buses and metro. We would definitely come again!

The accomodation was at 7-8 minutes away from the subway and sometimes it was a little bit unsafe at night around the metro station, but this isn’t necessary a minus.

The accomodation was exactly what we needed, a small and cozy place where we could rest after a long day. Elvio is the host that everyone would want. He will help you with everything you want at any hour, he will give you indications for different atraction points in Rome and he will make you feel like home. We really enjoyed our time spent there and if we will come back to Rome, we definetely stay here again.
