It's not a dislike....but the room we stayed in was a loft room so very low ceilings. Also would have liked some coffee in the room not just tea :-) but there is an Aldi a short walk to buy supplies. Also it states it is sound proofed - I would question that...it is a little noisy when people are coming in/out/cleaning etc.

The apartment is lovely. It was clean and nothing was too much trouble for our host - she was so friendly and helpful. We loved that it was a local area, so a little (25 mins walk) to the main town. There are bars and restaurants within a short walking distance and a lovely little coffee/bakery just over the road.

The location was just amazing - close to Citta Alta and Porta Nuova, with multiple restaurants around. For this price room was excellent, owner was very kind and hospitable :) Everything was clean and bed was comfy, there was AC.

A bit of a walk to the main train station

The whole of Bergamo is absolutely lovely, we were within walking distance of the old city and lots of lovely restaurants and bars. The value for money of the room is absolutely amazing, lovely bathroom and comfy pillows with a large TV. The host Martina is so so lovely and friendly made us feel really welcome. Would 100% stay here and visit Bergamo again, we had some of the best meals in Bergamo and the friendliest welcome than many many other places we have stayed in Italy over the years and felt so safe, will definitely be back!

The location is great, quiet neighborhood and very close to the bus station. The apartament vas very clean and cozy. Perfect for a city break!

Room was clean, everything was near a 30m walk. Even though it was raining during our stay, the room wasn't cold. I would recommend adding a rail/grips for the stairs in the building, since when they're wet it's easy to slip.

The accommodation was spotless and had every amenity you needed. There was paperwork in lots of languages as to where to visit and eat. Martina was so friendly and helpful. Our parents gave us this trip and would highly recommend. Beautiful within 15 minutes of airport

Everything was very good, the room was spotless and i had a good experience to stay there. In next visit surely will stay in the same accommodation. Is walking distance to touristic area and less than 30 min by walk to main train station.

Nothing at all everything tip top.

Outstanding little gem. Simply superb, great location 10 minutes either way to lower town and the funicular that leads to old town. Room spotlessly clean with comfy bed, bathroom nice and warm and shower to die for, powerful and temperature easily controlled. The property owner Martina will help you in anyway to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We recommend the property extremely highly and hopefully return in the warmer months. One of the best properties I’ve found through booking.com.

Just a detail but double bed wasn’t double, was just two connected single beds which wasn’t so comfortable.

Friendly and super helpful host, excellent location, close to Bergamo Ospedale train station, supermarket and in super safe neighborhood. Zero problems with check-in or check-out. Apartment was well cleaned and good value for money.
