We loved everything about this hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful! The facilities are very clean. We definitely enjoyed the heated pool, hot tubs, sauna and massage bed! We appreciated everyone and everything at the hotel. Top notch and recommend everyone stays here!

Parking is very tight. Please check first if your car fits and if you can turn around. Overpriced considering everything. Room was about 230 per night breakfast including. I guess you pay about 50% for the view.

Full guest experience is great. Friendly people and willing to help. Room was OK and tranquilly. Facilities with pool service is a very nice experience. No reason to eat out as restaurant offers a changing menu. Prices are OK. Atmosphere is very good and friendly.

Some of the expectations raised (Mountain View) were not kept, but the entire setting overcompensated that.

Wonderful breakfast, superb omelette, coffee, fruit everything. Very friendly staff took perfect care. Don't make our mistake, book with dinner included. This must not be missed. You want to come here not because of the view from your room but rather because of the dinner and the view from the restaurant terasse.

This place exceeded our expectations. The photos online look amazing but in person it's really something else. The wellness spa is a perfect way to wind down after the all day hikes. It is located up a very steep and windy hill, and has some of the most amazing views of the mountains. The food is absolutely incredible!!! Thank you to the team. We had a beautiful time

Thank you to the team at Hotel Berghang! We had a lovely stay and a wonderful Christmas. The service and food were amazing and we were made to feel comfortable and looked after throughout our whole stay. The team even went beyond to help us out in two emergency situations that required a driver and for that, I am very grateful! I only have good things to say about this place and could not recommend it enough.

The property is amazing, well located, the view from the balcony takes your breath away. If you are looking for a break in the middle of nature this is the perfect place. the staff is super helpful for every request. we stayed for 3 nights with 2 dogs and they met every request. high quality restaurant and a super regard for allergens and vegetarian requests.

There is no bidet. I paid 16 euro per person for breakfast but it was limited to few items. Do not recommend the breakfast. There are no markets or shops nearby and you have to take the bus down the city to buy anything which takes around 30 min.

The view from the hotel is amazing. The walk up the hills was different experience and we enjoyed it very much. The room is warm which is nice considering the cold weather. The hotel and the room had very nice smell all the time.

Every about it strikes class, I was on second floor and was travelling with motorcycle, underground garage was pretty much outside my door. Fantastic location high up on the hill and overlooking Bolzano from the balcony on my room. Room and bed were showhome quality. Had the evening dinner which was a set menu with variations depending on tastes again excellent, same with breakfast menu. I travel a lot with work over the years around Europe and North America and this rates high up there on one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. If you are thinking of staying here don't hesitate you won't be disappointed

The way up the hotel is very dangerous, and the difficulty getting there was not specified beforehand. There's no phone to call reception, which is odd at a hotel, not expected. Also no AC - but the room was always warm enough.

The hotel is located up a hill, the view of the snowy mountains is just wonderful. There was a lovely lady at reception to greet us (Melanie) she was the one giving massages too - and that was absolutely the best massage we ever received! The staff was very attentive, there was no English menu the first breakfast we had, but they made one especially for us. There's parking very close to the rooms, the bed and pillow were especially comfortable for us. There's a sauna and jacuzzi in place, and an amazing Michelin star restaurant. They really are there to make your stay the best possible. I even received a homemade lip balm prepared by them. Just perfect.

There was a lot of noise above our room (112) and therefore we could not sleep.. Also the mattress was hard and the pillows not comfortable. No airco which makes the room really hot.

From the brilliant dishes offered in this top restaurant to the extremely attentive and friendly staff, every aspect of our stay was unforgettable.
