The air conditioning unit in my room was quite noisy, which made it difficult to relax and sleep comfortably. Additionally, I'd like to suggest providing brochures or information at the reception desk about nearby day trips and other local attractions. This could offer guests like myself more options for exploring the area during their stay.

The breakfast offered a diverse range of options and everything tasted fantastic.

Its actually a bit far from center and airport and with Ryanair flight in early morning had to pay some amount for taxi - but this is not Hotel's fault.

Free real orange juice in breakfast. Breakfast was very good. Close to "Ponto san Pietro" train station from where we traveled to Como and Milan - currently train is not working from Bergamo center. Helping staff.

Location was very far from any thing, we were not allowed to use pool, or games room, all is for a charge. We supposed to have 3 single beds, but the third wasn't a regular bed.

There is no duvet cover, the duvet itself was wrapped into a big sheet and always slipped out of it.

Nice and cozy room. Not sparkly clean but decent. The staff is amazingly kind and helpful. They have a heated pool as well. Location is great, we were able to go Milan, Como and Bergamo center easily

It advertises pool- these turned out to be in a leisure centre attached to the hotel, gym - not open and again another public one, restaurant - only serves breakfast. We booked this to have a lazy stay in a 4 star hotel before we caught a flight home late at night. A 3 star rating would be more appropriate- very disappointed.

Clean, great air con. Despite being next to a busy road and near the airport, it is VERY quiet. Friendly staff.

Its a little far from Bergamo Town.

Breakfast was excellent. The girl on reception could not have been more accomdating polite and nice. We were not staying for breakfast on the final morning as we were due to go back to the airport. She had a full packed breakfast arranged for our family of 4 before leaving. She wasn't prompted to. Exceptionally nice 👌. I would stay again.

Fellow travellers -please note! There is no shuttle service to the airport. Just a very expensive taxi ride-30 euro! Bus to airport is not really an option unless travelling very light. The general information regarding location is wrong. Bergamot is 10 km away and airport even further. Taxis to and from hotel almost same cost as the room.

Room quiet, spacious and spotlessly clean . The breakfast was very good quality with lots of vegetarian options.
