The toilet button is not easy to use especially for ladies !

Historical building - the elevator is a gem I hope this will be kept despite the new ones under construction! The staff is very professional and discreet! This is for sure one of the best hotels to stay in Rome ! My Congratulations to Mr. Puci and most of all a big thanks to his team 🙏!

In spring when the air-conditioning is not in summer mode yet, it get stuffy in a room with a closed window, but if you open it, it's noisy from the busy street outside, so remember to bring ear stoppers.

Location is convenient with a lots of parking spots outside ZTL zone, but close to the hotel. Hotel is taking proud in it's history and is very well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast area is cozy and the food is delicious. It was very comfortable to sleep with a great mattress and several types of pillows to choose from. Historic elevator is a real gem.

Couldn't fault it at all. Huge room, massive bed, charging points even had USC charging point which I was very impressed with. Lovely breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again.

The rooms were not so quiet during the day

Breakfast was delicious cold cuts and pastries, we preferred that over going out to look for a place to eat every morning and the food was perfect. Rooms were clean and beds are comfortable. We had a room facing the streets, we opened the window a few times to let fresh air in but can't sleep with it open due to noises coming from cars. Location was good, about 10-15 mins walk from Termini and 20-30 mins walk to other attractions. The tiny elevator was a fun experience, though not recommended for claustrophobic people and those bigger in size. They let us leave our bags at check out day and have a toilet we were able to use before departure. We also had asked them to store a couple of sandwiches in the fridge for a night and they were kind enough to oblige.

Loved the room we had, it was exactly like the pictures we saw on line we were very comfortable from the slippers and robes to the coffee station we couldn’t ask for a better room. A good location near the train station lots of excellent restaurants nearby loved the way the hotel was decorated and it’s history and the staff were fantastic.

Fantastic place. As it is a part of a big international chain, I expected something comfortable but nondescript. Surprise: the place has a lot of character, and feels rather like a 19th century family hotel, complete with a tiny cage-style art deco lift. Very good location: 5 min walking from the main station, but the neighbourhood looks safe and quiet. Very comfortable room, excellent breakfast, everything spotless clean. Great value for money. With compliments for the big Albanian guy who knows how to greet guests to make them feel welcome. :)

I have stayed here in this property 3 times First time I stayed with my wife and kid . Due to its central location safety and warm nature I booked this hotel again recently for my aged father and. Mother in law as they were travelling first time to italy along with my elder son So they stayed here for 8 days and were extremely satisfied with the hotel and the staff Hats off Keep the good work going Regards to pucci family

The soundproofing left a bit to be desired - we could hear pretty much everything that was going on outside the room. It was particularly noisy during the night, especially since we were right next to the elevator. The breakfast was solid, but not spectacular.

The room was very comfortable and the facilities were good. The staff was always very professionnal and very nice. The hotel was nicely placed for a tourist trip - a lot of attractions were easily attainable by metro/bus and even on foot. Excellent value for money.

We travelled from the airport via train. The hotel was within walking distance and although there was building work being done it was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was good value and the food was well prepared and hot.

Lovely rooms that were clean, with luxury bedding and products. The rooms in the courtyard with a balcony were quiet at night too. The historic lift is interesting but not for those who are claustrophobic! Convenient location near the main station and a metro station.
