breakfast 5 out of 10 in terms of price/quality ratio. The most tasteless and stale bread I have ever eaten in Italy was here for breakfast. I don’t recommend to buy breakfast here, there are many places where the breakfast will be better for the same price.

The location is ideal, 10-15 minute walk to the Colosseum, metro is almost at the hotel door.

The hotel isn't really near everything - it's a good walk from the train station and from every main city attractions. There's a subway station very near though.

Good accommodation, great bathroom. Clean and comfortable rooms. Very good breakfast and friendly staff. Silence in the room is complete - a very welcome feature.

My room was somewhat strange: it was really damp, and I could see that the wall between the room and the bathroom experienced water overflow before. Each shower, even a short one, ended in the entire room being filled with moist, so I had to open the window. The windows were quite high (1st floor room), and so there was no view. The internet was non existent (only in one spot on the desk could you get one bar of WIFI, which was not enough for stable connections).

The hotel is conveniently located, close to Roma Termini (15 minute walk) and metro station. In fact, to get to Colloseum, it takes a 20 minute walk. Hotel staff was helpful, rooms were clean and the breakfast was very good.

Only few minor things which are not deal breakers. Intercom in my room rang randomly every night and when picked up there was no call. Bathroom supplies were sometimes replenished with open tubes from other guests. Coffee creamer was not replenished everyday. However, when reported to reception, they were more than happy to help. Coat hangers were not able to hold the wait of my coat and just fell off of the fixtures.

Breakfast and buffet service is really nice. Friendly staff. Comfy and spacious room. Comfortable bed.

My sister and I shared a twin room but it was a bit of a squeeze. Bathroom was fine.

Breakfast, food: good choices hot and cold, lovely pastries, as i dont drink tea or coffe only water or juice but juices were awful. Improvement could be freshly squeezed.

That the bathrobes and slippers only for special guests!!! And special rooms!! I was so much disappointed. Shampoo and shower gel they gave us only when we asked for!!

I was disappointed with the service from the evening restaurant … called the lounge… I ate one evening there and glad I did since it was not very pleasant… I ordered lasagna and received it cold.. had to get it rewarmed … and was not offered anything following my meal… felt rushed to leave…needless to say did not eat there during the rest of my stay

I liked everything about this boutique hotel, especially its proximity to the metro … easy to get to and from anywhere… quiet neighborhood … service was excellent .. and breakfast was absolutely superb!!!

The WiFi didn’t work for 2 out of 5 days. The snacks in the room were apparently paid but were not mentioned, unlike minibar which was paid out they had a clear pamphlet for that.

I love the location of the property. It’s next to the train station Manzoni and 20 min walk from colosseum and super close to engineering department of Sapienza l. The breakfast was great and had multi national options

Staff was polite but a bit chilly. Location lacks pedestrian charm. Bar restaurant forgettable.

Excellent included breakfast buffet, the best of our two week Europe stay. Location across street from metro, between Roma central and Vatican City. Value for price. Overall very clean, slightly dated. Worth the stay for the lavish full breakfast included and easy metro access. Good for one night stay.

Room was a bit small, especially toilet. Shower cabin is narrow, have to plan and mind every step. Some accessories, like shower cap, slippers were missing, sometimes room service forgot to renew tea bags or milk, for example, however staff was very friendly and helpful, responded to above mentioned queries.

Heating via air conditioning didn’t work. It wasn’t cold but after we opened window took some time to have room warm again. Breakfast is standard set of dishes that repeats every day. Sometimes not the best freshness (especially fruits cut in pieces like pineapple). Double bed is in reality two separate that put together so there is a “gap” in between.

Clean, very convenient location. Very comfortable pillows and mattresses that is big plus.

Tile floors in our room 100 were covered with lint so maybe hadn’t been washed in a while.

We received an upgraded room, so very happy with that! Location was central so different sites & shopping all within walking distance! Food on site for dinner although limited menu. Excellent breakfast with large selection of hot & cold items.
