This hotel is not guest friendly. There is not complementary water even for arrivals. No kettle in the room. It was a coffee maker but you have to pay for this coffee. Our room was so noisy close to exhausts fans.

You need to navigate quite a bit to find it if you are driving on your own like we did. Not knowing the area made it quite difficult. Just make sure of the location before you travel as the hotel entrance and parking is not at the same spot. The staff are however amazing and they guided us.

Great location, you can walk to a lot of nice shops and restaurants. The staff are great and always willing to assist and help. The room that we were upgraded to was spacious and we really enjoyed our stay.

we spoke to reception about the little tourist train in the old city and visiting to duomo. she didn’t know about the tourist destination and sent us in the opposite direction to look at a different church. we stumbled across the free bus to the old town, did our train ride and made us to the duomo with 8 mins to spare

It was a bath instead of a shower

I chose the hotel for its proximity to the train station - 5 to 7 minutes easy walk. Room was giant and clean, Breakfast was very good, beautiful city and nice walk from the hotel. I wrote with them before my trip about a taxi to another town on Sunday and all was perfect as planed!

Some breakfast items were grocery store-quality, not really appropriate for a 4-star hotel. Coffee from self-service machine was not the best, although adequate.

Great location within walking distance of the train station and Cathedral of Ragusa (not to be confused with Ragusa Ibla). Large room, quite adequate for three adults. Copious breakfast.

Weird fiberglass patch located on the bath tub, and the seal on the plug was bad so the bath tub wouldn't fill up. The bed was large and comfortable, but it was obvious that the hotel could use a bit of an update/overhaul. I wouldn't say it's worthy of a 4 star rating, or the extra price compared to other properties.

Location was good for the newer part of the city which has some shops, restaurants, and the basilica very close by. Easy access parking is available underneath the hotel (for 10 euros) which is nice for keeping your car cool. Breakfast was fairly good with eggs and bacon available. Staff was very friendly, and stored our luggage while we explore the old city, and gave good tips for sites to see.

You can't just order room service whenever you feel like it unless you have pre-booked with reception a slot. Breakfast staff appeared to me a bit unprofessional and unmotivated to work except for one lady with very short hair who was very friendly and seemed to be always on the go to fill the gaps of others. Coffee facilities in the room are not free of charge.

The room is well sized thus it made it easier for us with a toddler to move around. It has parking facilities by reservation connected to the hotel this it gives peace of mind. Housekeeping clean the room on a daily basis and they are excellent.

There is only one lift, it's not small but it's quite a big hotel.

The location is great close to shops, caffes and a short walk to the cathedral. The room was spacious and overlooking the beautiful valley.
