We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe hotel isn't prepared for people with physical disabilities, e.g. there is no alternative to the staircase to the main entrance and the lift isn't wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair. The hotel is stuck in the 70s and would benefit of a makeover.
The location of the hotel was fairly close to the beach. The rooms were tidy and clean. (However, our room was missed out by the cleaning team once.) The breakfast is included and offers a wide selection, as long as you arrive early. The hotel offers parking for an additional surcharge.

Italyi really need to say breakfast was ok there is a nice variety with lactose free products and sweet/salty alternatives. room was very clean and the location of the hotel is just perfect, close to the seaside and shops. It's really a pity that they never renovated the structure from at least the 60s, They have potential but as many structure of these areas they don't invest in the future. Sad but truth! all that said if you need just to sleep and have breakfast i recommend to come here. They also have parking for just 5 euro/daily so it's perfect!

Czech Republicreally small room - even if you travel with a smaller dog and you have 5-6-7 bags in can become pretty clogged there! really noisy street - we were there from fri-mon and in nights street is noisy, but you can't close door/window since it will be very hot! Also looks like room soundproofing is not the best - I woke up one because someone was peeing in the room nearby. i tried to turn this huge old AC on - did not work :( bathroom is super tiny - I think it's ok to remove bidet so that there is more space! Hotel claims to be dog-friendly, but in the shower you cant pull the hose to the floor to clean the dog - very uncomfortable! Also dog is not allowed inside of restaurant for breakfast - this was the only place in our 12 days trip in Italy which sent guests with dogs to sit outside - that was weird.
breakfasts were quite good - i was happy i could get capuccino and some eggs :) Parking - looks like there is enough space under the first floor - you leave keys in the reception in case you block someont - valey will repark your car. Location was also good - close to shopping. good restaurants, see and public beach. Balcony was ok - nice you can sit ourside for a while, although it's on a busy street, so forget about privacy or quietness :D I was glad there is a small bar-type fridge. stuff was helpful and nice.

SlovakiaWifi in the room was weak or nonexistent (worked well in the lobby though). The room had no window as such, just the balcony door. A drying rack for wet beach towels and swimsuits would have been helpful.
Everything in good working order, clean. Plenty of storage space in the room, hangers, a plastic stool in the bathroom. The A/C was pre-set just right (there was no way to change the settings, however, just to switch it on or off). Pleasant balcony with a partial sea view, plastic chairs on the balcony. Each room has a reserved spot on the beach, complete with umbrella and beach chairs. A great selection of different foods for breakfast, good coffee. Very kind and helpful staff.

AustriaRooms and bathrooms very small. Hair dryer didn't work. Due to street work had difficulty to get there. The hotel has its own parking space, but costs 5€ over night. Kurtax was in the price included, when I was booking, but then again was told it is to be paid extra in the hotel( since it's not included in the price!?!) with the parking lot expense. the balcony chairs were broke. Had thoughts about sitting on those. So you might want to change them just in case.
Friendly welcome at the reception. Both of my rooms had balcony, even though the view wasn't a good one. Overall I would say it was ok for a night stay.

Austria!!!Attention!!! This hotel is a complete disaster. Stay away from it. We arrived at about 12pm, check in into the room is of course from 2pm. I checked in with the documents and they asked me to pay it right now. After that we went outside walking through the city. At about 1.55pm we went back to the hotel. At the reception they told us that our room will be ready in 5 to 10 minutes. …. Half an hour passed. In the mean time we asked again about the room. Still the same answer: “5 to 10 minutes” They really didn’t care about that. While waiting we read through the hotel reviews and it was quite disturbing reading all the bad comments. We went up to our room. Very unclean. The bathroom is very tight, and dirty, the bathroom joints looked like they have never been cleaned. There are NO SOCKETS in the room for charging your phones or anything else☠️☠️ we had to unplug the tv on the ceiling to charge our phones 2 metres from ground. At about 11 pm we needed to change room because ours was full with ants, on the ground and in the beds. I told the receptionist about that, he handed me out the keys for another room and told me, I should take a look by myself if the room‘s clean or not. His excuse was that he‘s unable to leave the reception. I am a receptionist to and we ARE ABLE to leave the reception, especcialy when the guests have ants in their rooms☠️☠️ Ah, the breakfast: The breakfast is like eating out from garbage cans. Do you like coffee? Than stay away from this hotel. The coffee tastes absolutely bad, I wanted a cappucino, the coffee machine gave so mich milk and only one table spoon coffee☠️ i told them but they didn‘t care. Where the hell did you get 3stars?????? This is one of the worst hotels I have ever checked in in Bibione. But the staff and the manager don’t care about bad reviews, because they know, that other people will come anyway. This accomodation is awfull. In my opinion and in the opinion of many other people this hotel does not deserve 3 stars.

PolandOldfashioned, small room, but the worst is smell like in old camper. Makeup done at the evening? Forget about it - lighting won't allow you. Everything should be renovated. We were with dog and it's fine to keep your pet in hotel, but it is prohibited go to the beach with your dog, unless you're fine to have quite a walk to dog beach area (extremely overpriced). Staff seems to be unhappy,
The only thing that is ok, is breakfast, although not the best coffee served there.
