Great host, location and massive room. Perfect for Old Town, Port and close to subway and train stations. Host went up and above to help and property was beautiful and spacious. I would stay here again anytime.

Unfortunately there was an intermittent sound of water running, possibly filling a water tank. But the room was well sound proofed from street noise.

Our room was beautiful with a high ceiling and lovely antiques. Brunella welcomed us so warmly and was able to accommodate our earlier check in for which we are very grateful. She was extremely helpful furnishing us with information and excellent recommendations for dinner. The location was perfect for us being so near the metro and main areas of interest. The sound proofing of the windows was very good, the room very clean and comfy bed with good linen.

Just after arriving I realized that had booked a room with bathroom and toilet on the same floor but anyway outside the room. There is the only one room with this cumber in the hotel, but be attentive

Everything here exceeded our expectations. Our hostess went out of her way to welcome us and provide us with all possible resources to experience the city as we wanted. Each day, she offered suggestions that enriched our stay. She even translated and wrote out the schedule for the ferry to a nearby location that we had mentioned we were interested in visiting. And the room was stunning. High ceilings, trompe l'oeil detailing (consistent with the style of the city) and gorgeous artwork and furnishings. Located in the old town (where all the best food is to be found!), steps from the metro, with a view towards the old port. Truly a gem.

The Guest House is an apartment in the city cebter of Genua. Everything is within walking distance and the apartment is very clean and beautifully decorated. We would definitely come back again!

A little noisy at night. We had some difficulty in finding the accommodation as there is only a small sign on the door and someone was standing in front of the door and we walked by and had to ask the shops below where it was. They had not heard of the name.

The Owner was very helpful and kind. The Room and facilities were very good and convenient.

Big, comfortable retro room ,minibar. In the heart of the city. Restaurants, bars-near, Aquarium, marina. Bus to the airport-[ Volabus] for 6€ ,it takes 20 minutes from Piazza Ferrari. A brilliant host: Brunella, always ready to help, very friendly, would give you information about events in the city. Look no further.

Great central location. Lovely room and accommodation. Owner was fantastic. Went out of our way to give us tips and even took us on a mini tour of the old city. Have nbever experienced such a wonderful host and accommodation. Will def return next time in Genoa. Grazie miele!!!! N

Not much to add really, just lovely. I would prefer a kettle in my room.but it really wasn't a problem

Brunella was an amazing host that helped us so much with our stay. She posted tips for each day's activities and things like great local food and drink places. Room was lovely with a king sized comfy bed and wonderful mosaic floor and the bathroom was adequate. The host even left us some fresh bread for out 1st morning. The shared sitting room is lovely with coffee making facilities and glasses 🥂 to borrow. She let us leave our bags until time to go to the airport and waved us off.

Wish we were staying longer!

We loved this place. Our host Brunella was lovely. She provided useful help and advice on where to eat and what to see. As a result we are in very local restaurants serving Ligurian dishes. As the Guest House is on the fifth floor the room was quiet for a busy city.

Great location. Just next to via San Lorenzo, in the middle of everything. Lady of the house was superfriendly. She didn´t spoke much english, but she was very polite, positive and had nice attitude. Bed was big and comfortable.

it was all great.

Beautiful historic building, great view of the port and the...um, nightlife! Its an interesting area and our wonderful landlady steered us expertly to eat in the port opposite, I wonder if it was because certain streets are not for the faint hearted at night time at least. Comfortable elegant bed, nice bathroom accross the corridor, accommodating host.
