The only negative is that on Saturday night it was a little noisy in the street outside (the hotel is right on the very narrow, old city road) but there is nothing to be done about that.

The property was absolutely lovely: beautifully presented and easy to access - we arrived after reception was closed but the instructions, sent a day before arrival, were clear and very easy to follow. Everything was incredibly clean and well maintained; breakfast was ample and delicious with very friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We were very impressed with everything. If you like staying in the heart of the old city, then this is about ideal.

There was no lift (but I knew that in advance) and the staff helped me with my luggage. The room was definitely worth the effort.

The location was excellent and the room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The room had 2 things you seldom get which make me happy - a duvet and a kettle with a selection of tea and coffee. The staff were very helpful - taxis are not readily available in Sardinia as in other places and they sent one to pick me up when I arrived and ordered one for me when I left. There were plenty of great restaurants nearby. This property "ticked every box" on my "wish list" and I look forward to returning.

The street noise was fairly intense at night. The rooms would be better if the windows were double glazed.

Location although high up in the town was within walking distance of most sights. The breakfast was very good and the staff very accommodating. The room was clean and offered everything to make it comfortable.

No parking at site. Have to park at the nearest parking house (at Regina Elena) and walk up the hill with our luggages! Wish the parking instruction was clearer. I wish I knew better about the parking restrictions here. Would not have chose this property if I’d had known better.

Nothing to dislike. It was perfect in every way

The hotel is perfect in a peaceful area and in the heart of the city and in the vicinity of tourists attractions. It is extremely clean and beautiful and the staff is helpful and so nice, and if you are out and need anything, you call them on whats app anytime and they reply and help you. The buffett breakfast is perfect. A perfect hotel in the heart of Cagliari.

There wasn't anything I didn't like about the hotel.

The hotel was absolutely wonderful: a very comfortable and quiet room, which was quite large and clean. The breakfast was great with enough choice, delicious coffee and homemade cakes. The location was the best: in the historical part, with easy access to all main sights. Last, but not least, the people welcoming us and taking care of us during the stay were very friendly and helpful.

The only thing is the early (for me!) check out time of 10:30 but I am told this is common here so I can't complain!

The room was lovely and well appointed. Late check-in due to a delayed flight was easy and stress-free due to the instructions sent beforehand. The staff were all super friendly and helpful! They were happy to answer questions on the phone about arriving by taxi, and let me borrow an adapter so I could charge my phone. The breakfast buffet was great and I had a delicious crepe.

lack of soundproofing, thin walls, you could hear everything from the neighboring rooms and the street…

Sarah brightened my mornings with her kindness My room’ design was cute, Easy check-in and check out. Home made cakes at the breakfast were so delicious.. Near to the accommodation there is a nice restaurant and adorable grocery store with fresh fruits, meat etc.
