We were more than impressed from the apartment. Very clean and cozy. Very communicative location. It was equipped with everything you can need for your stay. Definitely worth going back.

A washing machine would be useful and a little more hanging space in the bedroom. These are only minor points and would not prevent us from staying again.

Overall a lovely place to stay in the middle of Lake Como town. Extremely clean and a very comfortable stay. We must particularly say thank you to Sergio who was an amazing host and went out of his way to assist us. The bathrooms were lovely and we particularly liked the showers. We would stay again and recommend the accommodation to others.

Renovation starts 8:30am just next door. Very loud noise. I could better manage my expectation if the host told me about this.

A couple of flights of stairs to reach the apartment, but worth it. When staying in “old towns” you are going to get this if you want the authentic feel of the city. Everything was very modern on the inside.

This property was great for a family of four. It was really good to have two showers, one upstairs and one down and the shower room was a bit of luxury. The sofa bed was large and comfy, it had air conditioning, which a lot of properties in Europe don’t seem to and Netflix, which was appreciated after watching weeks of TV in languages we couldn’t understand and I loved that it was in the centre of everything, just a short stroll to many cafes, restaurants and shops, about 10 mins to the waterfront and the same from the train station. Our host was very helpful and always responded to any questions very quickly. I also find apartments great cause you can buy some supplies and have some breakfast at home, or a drink before dinner.

The apartment is quite and cozy. It has everything you could possibly need. The bed was super comfortable: it felt like sleeping on a cloud! I loved the shower upstairs and the placement of the lights. Can't wait to go back again!

Location was great and an easy walk to the shopping area and to see the cathedral. Easy access to the lake too. Apartment is modern and nicely kitted out with a dishwasher and related crockery/cutlery. Lovely touch was the provision of tea and coffee and a bowl of sweets on the dining room table. Fantastic showers - both in the main bedroom and the family bathroom. Clear easy instructions from the host re keys and accommodating in terms of earlier check in time.

Not a problem for us but 2 lots of stairs which could be a issue for some people. low ceiling and banged my head in 1 area of the apartment so if your taller than 6ft be careful. the bed upstairs was very very low so it was difficult to get up from and the toilet was downstairs.

Only found the light switch just inside the streetdoor on 2nd night for the communal stairs.

Communication from the hosts was excellent!! Perfect size, comfortable,nice facilities . Close to town center with restaurants,bars ,shops, Christmas market and ferry. Also either train station less than 15mins away by foot.

I thought the checkout time was extremely early @10am. Also would be nice to have had a toilet upstairs however that's only a small thing. Could have also done with a couple of extra pillows.

Everything was perfect. Sergio is a great host. He explained very well for check in and he was always in contact with me. If we come again to Como , we will definitely stay in this accommodation. We wish we could stay more. Room was very clean, cozy and comfortable. Location is very central. Quiet area but very close to lake and shopping/restaurant area.

Having to leave was no fun

Absolutely 💯 everything was perfect, location facilities and accommodation were outstanding. For us Como was the perfect location to explore the lake, enjoy some great food, and a little retail therapy. As for blue diamond, well Sergio was such a help in every aspect of our stay, so central, no taxis, other than the one organised for us from the airport by the owner. Minutes from the port, trains, shops, bars and restaurants, it really puts Como on your doorstep. Pictures are a real representation of the property. Just book it your search is over

Rubbish bin was very small, some confusion about recycling no bin for cans or cardboard? Flights of stairs would not suit elderly with mobility issues.

Short walk to shops, restaurants, ferry, apartment was well decorated, great showers, tvs with Netflix etc, air conditioning great to keep cool, we liked having water in. Fridge on our arrival.

-The air conditioning didn't work during the first 3 days of our stay. However, host was not aware of this issue and spent a lot of energy to solve the problem, which we highly appreciated. The last 2 days the AC was perfect and cooled the space efficiently. -Dishwasher and/or washing machine would be a nice bonus
